Wow! Ratchet is certainly the star in that wave. He looks like the Ratchet MANY TF fans have always wanted and always deserved. I hope he actually lives up in hand.

 

...Why didn't they paint Ratchet's alt mode?

 

Man I'm really glad nobody bothers to leak the RID stuff, this stuff ends up surprisingly cool.

 

As someone who quite enjoys RiD, I'm happy to see these. While Bisk wouldn't have been my first choice to get a warrior-class fig (whar's mah Clampdown?), I'll happily take him and any other additional 'Cons they want to make.

Also, while Windblade is still too red, these images are the best I've seen her look. I think she might actually end up a fun little toy (and a Takara paint scheme will likely do wonders for her).

Speaking of paint, the one thing I don't get is why Shatterspike's coloring is so similar to Quillfire's. He essentially looks like a darker version of him (unless it's a plot point that Quillfire darkens and takes on a new name? I haven't started S2 yet, so I might be behind on that). But you'd think if they were going to market his repaint as a new character, the color scheme would be more radically different.

 

Welp, looks like I'll be buying some RID Warriors. I may need to have a Decepticon display. Ratchet will be going in my MTMTE display.

 

Bisk looks amazing in person!!!!!!!! Ratchet is good, but a bit bland in alt. mode, great remold though.

 

I'm shocked that they put a lot of retooling into Ratchet.

 

Ratchet is a buy on sight, he looks so great. I love the character and you can't go wrong with having too many Ratchet's.

Bisk, yeah so getting him too he looks great and so different from the other Warriors.

Scatterpike, haven't gotten Quillfire yet but will be getting both to help bulk up my Decepticon army.

Windblade, again love the character and this figure looks good too so I'll be getting another Windblade. Yay!

Scorponok, its a robotic scorpion if I'm not impressed with the robot mode the scorpion mode always win.

Overall I'm glad the line is going strong and I'm so collecting up till the line ends. Only ones I've skipped is all Optimus Prime's and the Toys R Us Warriors minus Megatronus. But when will Thunderhoof & Quillfire show up in stores?

 

Just noticed one other neat and MTMTE-ish thing about Ratchet. Rather than the weird permanently firing rifle Strongarm had, he's got new duel wielding pistols.

 

WHOA!! yes that is an awesome ratchet....reprolabels will work wonders on him but whoa!!

it looks like a new mold or a big time strongarm retool and if the head isn't crazy stylized he could be a perfect chug ratchet.

windblade has way too much red in bad places....hopefully the takara one has better paint....ratchet too for that matter.

 

I can't wait to get Bisk!

 

Scatterspike ? Cartoon appearance ?

So , Does Scatterspike ever show up in the cartoon ?

I only buy cartoon guys for my boy as there is SOOOO much out there to give my boy and soooo little time

as someone else already said, that Ratchet will work pretty good for my boys CHUG collection guys, much better than the current prime version at least.

Just wish we could get that IRONHIDE from the RID app as well to fill in my boys Ironhide hole

 

Bisk looks alright, although he's rather short, especially for a character who's pretty large in the show. Ratchet needs more paint. Probably gonna pass on both. Might consider Takara's Ratchet.

Scatterspike sure looks a lot like the Takara version of Quillfire, doesn't he? I suppose that settles it for me -- I'll just skip Quillfire, get this guy (hopefully on sale) and call him Quillfire.

Bisk looks great. Really happy we're seeing improvement in complexity and appearance with the Warrior figures as the line goes on.

 

Man that Bisk turned out great! Ratchet is a nice welcome too and I can't wait to get him. Scattorspike is weird but it still nice to see more Decepticon Warriors in general. Windblade looks alright but I rather have her in hand before saying anything about it. I see that Thunderhoof and Quillfire are listed for Spring 2016, which makes sense I guess they haven't come out yet (sans the online releases).

 

Gonna need those mini-cons pronto

 

Bisk looks awesome. Really happy that after the initial lack of Decepticons the RID line is ending with a pretty decent split of relatively in scale characters. I've enjoyed collecting the Adventure figures, I'll definitely be picking up the Adventure Bisk and Windblade along with Ratchet and Scatterspike if they appear in-show.

The Autobots may have two bigger figures but comparing Team Bee to the Decepticons ends up an even split! Even if you add Jazz, Ratchet and Scatterspike it's still a great 10 vs 9.
