thank you for understanding how opinions work. as for me, it is clear to me that transformers, besides the masterpiece figures, are going in the other direction. they are becoming a lot cheaper made, even though the prices are going up. articulation maybe improving. but what's articulation, when it's plastic is much thinner? Imagine if that CW figure really DID have 16 years of improvements over RID magnus. more paint apps, more detail, better plastic. bigger toy, same price. the way i see it, the toy's quality has gone down, not up. Imagine if it had rubber tires instead of plastic. that was a thing once.

forget the design. i'm talking about more the detail, the paint apps, the cheap plastic in which you can see the sun shining into it on the top, the bigger toy, even his head has more detail than the CW magnus. and more face too. it's got rubber tires instead of solid plastic, too.

sure, it lacks a lot of articulation, and it has some part forming, but overall, it has way more detail, more paint apps, it's a bigger toy, it has it's own unique design, not just copying an existing one. also, while it may be a while since i've transformed it before, but i do not think it actually required taking the legs off to transform it. i think it only required that for the omega mode. but CW's Magnus could of been WAY bigger, have better paint apps, more of it, be a solid figure, and have better quality plastic.
