Nice unexpected letter from Heero today containing stickers for Tracks...

 

Looks like he changed it now to a completed Tracks for the same price.
Now I wonder how long before we get the Red and Black repaints?

Damn, can anyone confirm that the blue is really that light?

 

I think it is that light as you can tell from this picture.



And it is a real shame too... Looks like he has ran parts to build 100 of this light blue Tracks. Why would he go that light , could he not get the darker plastic ?
I was going to spray paint mine, but when you transform it, you will see the lighter blue plastic. If you try to paint all the blue, then you have chipping , rubbing, of parts and makes it look like crap.
I will get two of him and just be happy to have the mold. Maybe if some how in the world he runs out and does a new re-run of Tracks, we might get the darker G1 color Blue.

 

It looks it yep, though haven't applied them yet.

@simond - Are the stickers any good? Can you post a pic?

I don't mind the light colour, from Heero's pictures I'm not sold on the white/grey bits that are supposed to be black. I'll be holding fire I think until a better coloured version is put out.

 

I haven't applied them, I'll see if I can do that this weekend and see how they look.

 

Well if he comes with stickers I might just paint it darker blue. I will only display in alt mode anyways.

 

Hey Simond, so did any of your Tracks from Heero come in the storage clear plastic bubble that can be used if we decided to make a custom G1 Box for him?

Those stickers look a bit gash, might have to wait for a reprolabels set. Your Tracks looks like he has black parts where they should be black, unlike the pics on Heero's site, is that the case?

 

I just bought 2 Tracks off of Heero's site and noticed the pics are different from on EBay with the Black center part of the jet packs & Guns.
Dang, I hope I don't have to pant them black, but could be just old pics. Not sure though, as his DIY kit is now gone for the blue set and now selling them put together for the same price. Still only difference I see is the black parts.
Too much moving around on his site to be sure of what we are getting sometimes. I bet the parts will be black plastic......I hope!
Yeah, his stickers seem kinda lacking. Still nice to get something for it though.

Yep, the black is actual black so that part is fine.

On your Blue Tracks from Heero, I see the Black Gun and Middle part of the missiles, but is his lower arms and fist Black?
Also see the legs should be gray .... I guess I will have to do some painting on this guy anyway.
Wonder if Heero will ever sell him G1 Accurate in color, darker blue and these fixes?
Also I emailed him to see if the 2 I bought off of his site would have the 3 black parts like I see yours, but has not gotten back with me yet.
