It is the Walgreens Exclusive 2.5" World of Nintendo White Link. I have only seen it once and saw 2 of them at a Walgreens. I have still have yet to find any of the Mario Walgreens exclusives. I am hoping Walgreens will be getting these throughout the year.

I just found the Walgreens exclusives about two weeks ago so they are still shipping. Only one store out of like 12 got them in, the rest are sitting on pegwarmers.
Here is a picture of them: You can tell they are the Walgreens exclusives because they will say Exclusive Series 1-1 on the cardback. I have seen many of the non-8-bit ones and I have hit at least 20 or so Walgreens in the past two months. Walgreens also distributes a full case between a couple of stores, so don't expect to find full sets at a single store. Hopefully, the 8-bit figures will be easily found within the next couple of months.
Buy one get one free at TRU today, so finally picked up some of the micro Zelda sets/figs. (and TP HD too)
I saw some of the smaller figures at a Family Dollar. They were packaged with same accessories as the larger figures.
Oooohh...I didn't know they did a set with the king of red lions! I'll have to track one of those down.
After checking every Walgreens I know periodically for a few months, I finally gave up on finding the three exclusives. Bit the bullet and ordered them off eBay. Oh well... time is money.
Anyone have a wishlist for this line? 2.5": 16-bit Mario 16-bit Yoshi 8-bit King Koopa 8-bit Goomba 8-bit Koopa w/Shell 4": Black Yoshi Wolf Link Star Wolf Metroid (yes another please) On a side note. I'm really struggling with the Walgreen's 8-bit figures and now there's the Modern 8-bit Mario out too...(Wal-Mart "impulse-buy" lane exclusive)
Got another Sheik to replace the one I had with 2 left arms. Be careful if you haven't gotten her yet, as I saw another with 2 left arms at the store. Also got Bowser Jr, who is among the best in the line. Gravity Suit Samus is also quite good, I hope they do the Phazon suit. At this point all I'm really after are the Metroid and Shy Guy.
I can't stand looking for them at Walmart. It's so asinine the way they put them in the check out aisle. There are people in the way and they are scattered all over the place.
I am guessing you don't open your figures? Shiek's arms actually rotate, its not an issue or mistake with the figure.
I do open them. There is a small patch of dark blue with a white outline on the outside of her elbows. Rotating the lower arm so it was on the outside of her right arm made it so the elbow could only bend back. It took me a long time to notice, but they are different parts.
2.5" - white pikmin - 8 bit samus - 8 bit bowser - 8 bit duck hunt dog - lil mac 4" - peppy hare - all the koopalings finally found the walgreens exclusives.....what a pain. then found out about the modern 8 bit mario walmart exclusive chase figure....14 walmarts later found one.....the struggles real as the kids say
I pretty much only have Zelda 4" stuff on my wish list. Ganondorf from OOT or TP Midna with wolf Link Zelda from OOT, TP or SS Tingle Would also love some baddies (Moblins, Stalfos, etc.) but I feel like there is a pretty slim chance of JP getting that deep into the line. ::EDIT:: I'd love a 4" yellow kitty Mario as well.
My main want is a Mario without open mouth/smile. They have the figure, they just need to make a new head.
My TRU was having some kind of sale, but the selection was meager. I don't want Cat Luigi and that Gold Mario is the absolute worst figure in the line, so far...
