I saw this last week when it first was listed. I was intrigued, but when I messaged the seller to see if they could post pics of it transformed and out of the package, they replied that "the bubble was resealed to the insert so cannot transform". Naturally I got a bit suspicious.

It certainly *looks* legit (Circle stamp, correct blue "chrome" on the rear windows), but I've seen a few custom Blue Diaclone Bluestreaks before that could pass for real ones to an unsuspecting buyer.

Its currently sitting at $510.00(!), which surpassed my threshold. If it was at around 100 or less, I might have bid just for the hell of it. But I'm not about to drop that kind of coin on something that I'm not 100% sure is the real thing.

Yeah. I was up for it up to even 400-500. The chrome color, the stamp, the fairlady z bumper sticker made me think it can be a real blue bluestreak. The rub sticker is probably added, the accessories are from other fairlady z ( not white for missile launcher) and the sticker sheet is prolly repro'd. Still was hoping to go for it in the three hundred range to see if it's real out of box. 510 now is a bit much for a try and see.

I called BS on the original thread. If the seller was honest and knew it was original (w/ rubsign added), they would pop it out and post pictures.
It is a custom of a diaclone, or a frankenstein combo
Idiot bidding, shill bidding...and/or the seller is a fraud. Maybe all 3.

The box and instructions could be legit, but my money says that the actual toy is either a fake or an actual Japanese Diaclone version.

One thing to note is the section in the middle of the bonnet. Why is it an off-cream color in the one photo? It should be the same silver as the rest of the front of the car.
