Oh I get that, but Peridot saw them in Marble Madness. I can understand Yellow Diamond being dismissive of there being Gems still on Earth, but the news of the Warship's destruction should've been a tell.
I would assume she had no idea. Yeah I kinda want to get back into the regular weakly schedule. *sigh* this is why we can't have nice things.
My impression is that the Diamonds erased the Earth Rebellion from their history books . . . Peridot had no idea what the "Crystal Gems" were, at first. So my guess is Peridot reported "there are gems on Earth" to her direct superior, but that the info was deemed unreliable by some paper-pusher before it got to Yellow Diamond. "Gems on Earth? LOL suuuure. Let's not waste our glorious Diamond's time with this nonsense."
I'm glad the show'll be back pretty soon considering Spoiler they obviously have the next few episodes done, done enough for that leaked promo with Lapis to air. Plus there's all of these episodes coming up! Cool to see a THREE-parter coming this season!
I do have to state though the above description for said episodes and that we shouldn't rely on this being actual episodes, if they are, we may not see them for a very long time. But they seem merely promotional/writing room stick-it post titles.

You can't watch this show and tell me that isn't completely appropriate for Pearl. They're needle felted. You basically take wool that's been coloured but hasn't been spun into yarn yet and you use a barbed needle to sculpt it by tangling the fibres together hair by hair. Super time consuming, but at the end you have a solid piece of felt that happens to be in the shape of a cute doll rather than a flat sheet. I posted some of my Undertale stuff in Radicons, but I have way more Steven Universe ones
You should have seen the first version I did. Saddest little thing you ever saw. It also suited Pearl pretty well, but eventually I went back and added the wire armature and redid her face.

Not really? People think either this Thursday or March 7th, as a TV guide says two unnamed episodes will be airing then back to back. Given the plots of these two leaked episodes, they'd make sense being aired together like that. Kind of odd to have a one off episode pairing like that despite the crew saying Steven Bombs are the new airing format; they even write episodes now to fit that structure. Hm.
