Guys just got 5,6 the elbows are engineered in a diferent way so dont worry about them in that aspect

not positive this is legit, but they are not listed on the store's website.

 

I also got 5 and 6 and they seem to be great with no issues so far. I think they should have taken more time with unearth and bulldozer. My unearth has the crack but it doesn't seem to effect much. I'm hoping there will be a fix. Other then the elbow issue these guys seem very solid. Others may not agree on these guys but scrapper and mixmaster seem to be much better.

I don't remember KapowToys ever having had TW Constructor listed on their site in the first place...

 

Yeah i was looking for them and they never went up on Kapow

 

Got 4/6 today and they are 100% Flawless ! (from RB)
0 missing piece even got 6 more cards with shovel and 2 standing pads
they are just SICK !!!!!!!!!!!

 

Yeah they never listed them and if you read their statement it says if you SPECIAL ordered them.

Just got Unearth and he has no visible QC issues. But damn if the arms aren't tight as hell. I can easily see how this could cause a break. I took a very close look at the elbows under a magnifying glass and I can see some discoloration and slight maring so if those are going to break they will shear just under the upper joint slanting in towards the figure.

 

at what point does it become ok for Hasbro to have QC issues and no one cares but Toyworld has them and everyone freaks out. I'm not saying the QC issues are ok at all but I just don't understand the double standard. While my figures do have the cracked elbows they are still leaps and bounds better than TFC stuff I have owned. Hell they are WAY better than anything KFC I have ever owned...

 

Hasbro figures generally aren't 100 bucks a pop.

The Newer Takara Thundercracker had tons of issues like gait marks

why is nobody going in with pitchforks and torches for those? QC issues are QC issues no matter the cost of the figure. Just because hasbro stuff generally costs less doesn't make it ok for them to have QC issues.

Until we hear anything back from Toyworld about possible replacement parts (which we haven't yet), I'm going to reserve my judgement.

 

Hasbro is for kids so they tend to be crappy. 3P's are for 15+ and shouldn't be like Hasbro's kids 3+ toys.

 

Too strong. Would be unfair to test with.

 

the generations line was actually said to be tailored more towards the older kids than the younger kids...either way QC issues don't make it right even if it is for 3+ kids toys. You justify QC issues for one company but bash another for QC issues?
