Anyone interested this game? I'm admittedly passing for the time being, since Fire Emblem Fates is taking a huge chunk of my money ATM, but it's basically the Super Smash bros of Strategy RPGs, with characters from Bandai-Namco, Capcom, Sega, and a few from Nintendo.

The idea of Phoenix Wright and Maya Fey from Ace Attorney being on the same team as Chrom and Lucina from Fire Emblem: Awakening is one that brings a big grin to my face, though.

I believe it comes out tomorrow. (Do not know if there's already a thread for it.)

I got the first one back when it came out just because I was super stoked to have X, Zero, Chris, Jill, Ryu, and Ken (The characters I was most hyped for) all appear in one game. The game also got me into Valkyria Chronicles and Tales of Vesperia too, which I hope to get one day.

That said I'm super hyped for the second one after I got to play it back in October at NYCC 2015. Aside from all the PXZ 1 veterans, Lucina and Chrom, Pheonix Wright, and Fiora are the characters I'm looking forward to using.

I loved the first one for a while, but the game was twice as long as it needed to be. They really stretched it out to the point where I was playing it just to be done with it, not because it was still enjoyable.

Hopefully they fixed that with this one, I'll still end up picking it up though.

I really only bought the first game because it had Tales characters in it and it's pretty much the same this time around. I played the demo for the first game and liked it so I'm sure it will be the same this time around.

It's always nice for Mega Man to get some fresh air. I hear it's stuffy in Capcom's basement.

Loved the first one. Forgot this one was coming out, it kind of fell off my radar. Will likely get it sooner orlater, but not likely in any major rush for it. Even if I do love strategy RPGs and crossovers.

I'll be getting it. If anything to Support Any possibility of Namco X Capcom getting ported.

I hate knowing that Project X Zone 1&2 are parts 2&3 of a Trilogy.

Namco X Capcom came out on the PS2. We're on the PS4 now. I'm pretty sure that ship has sailed.

Further, Namco X Capcom's storyline was self contained. It doesn't really have anything to do with Project X Zone's stories. It's more like the Super Robot Wars games. Project X Zone is akin to a series like Alpha and Z, whereas Namco X Capcom is more like J or D. They share similarities, shared history may have happened, but they're on their own.

As for me, I saw that two of my favorites to play as last game are now relegated to unplayable rival/enemy status, so this game goes from "Got to nab is soon" to "Maybe I'll buy it sometime this year if I find it cheap enough to care".

I have a fond dislike when companies remove characters from their rosters (hello, fighting games). I strongly prefer keeping the roster(s) of past games and just keep adding on.

I assume you mean T-ELOS and Saya? Those are the only two units from the original that I can think of.

THREE! Three of my favorites! T-ELOS, Saya, and Juri. I was thinking T-ELOS and Juri when I posted that, forgot Saya. Thanks for reminding me of foxy girl.

Yeah, those are some of my favorite characters in the rosters of the included games. So them not being playable puts big frowny face on me.
