In that article I read that they apparently believes Bumblebee is the most popular character among fans. They apparently haven't seen this site.

If Bumblebee getting his own movie, hopefully he'll regain his ability of speech. If not, the movie will probably end up being like Wall-E + explosions. Then again, that doesn't sound like a bad thing.  

 

I don't know if the kids appeal characters would really make wide appealing films. It would be like Star Wars doing a stand alone Ewoks or BB-8 movie.

Plus after that time retailers got stuck with so many Bumblebee toys you have to wonder does Bumblebee really have enough appeal not only to sell movie tickets to move a line of Bumblebee movie toys. With a movie every year it seems like Hasbro can't afford too much shelf warming if retailers are going to be eager to buy the next movie line.

 

So..wont be different from other tf movies.

Knew it was coming, but still excited anyways!

Hopefully it gives us a more in-depth look at what life on Cybertron is like, since the most we've seen of Cybertronian culture is in the comics.

 

Almost every "Decepticon" was a model reuse of some kind, or generally far less complex or a clever mix-n-match of previous designs. A less obvious example would be the Dinobots who were far less complex than the "normal" robots despite being bigger. Even their transformations were shoddy.

Also let's not forget there's only three TFs who transformed into real vehicles through conventional means. All the 'Cons transformedwith the cloud of cubes effect which, while neat, was most definitley easier to pull off. (it was basically a particle effect) There were corners cut everywhere in AOE's CGI. (though to the credit of ILM, so few of those cut corners were noticable)

It's not a prequel, so given Cybertron was destroyed at the end of DOTM...none of that is happening.

 

I Think they should do a spinoff movie on either Optimus prime, when he was Orion Pax or to do a Movie with Ultra Magnus, Hot rod, Springer Arcee and blurr on Cybertron, after Optimus prime and his team left Cybertron.

Never happening - the movies must have humans in them because of the whole live-action gimmick, for most of the film, which means they won't do anything where humans don't have 75% presence on screen for the full run time.

 

A low budget movie all about Bumblebee.

But imagine how dumb it would be if there was an entire movie about the Minions from Despicable Me. Nobody would go see that.
