    pretty awesome.

but after doing a side-by-side comparison, of the photos here and screenshots of the movie.. i think the figure is just a little too inaccurate for my liking. also, while i think the paint work is gorgeous, it think it looks a little too artsy and not very realistic.

still cool, i really can't wait for starscream.

Thanks. I was aware of the ankles, but I just felt like I was going to snap something if I kept messing with it, couldn't 100% tell at first if that was supposed to happen or not, so I just stopped. The promo pics have it rotating outward, so I did try.

The knee, I didn't know there was an up-down extension. I did push it "forward" a bit, till it wouldn't any further, like this:

I'll have to give it another mess with soon.

Yeah, he's a little rounded and bulbous. Definitely the weakest of the four 3A figures in terms of screen accuracy, I think. That being said, I still think he looks nice and imposing in his own right. And knowing myself, it would drive me nuts having three figures out of a four-figure line, so I'll be getting Megatron regardless.

    I agreed with both points.
I just really with there were more characters being made.

Hey man, thanks a lot for letting us know. I really appreciate that. I was getting annoyed that he supposedly couldn't straighten his legs completely. But it was just faulty engineering lol Does he have ANYB type of bicep swivel? Like at his elbow or something or is it because of the tires. I'm totally into this line all 4 so any news is good news IMO thnx

That's exactly how I feel. Even know I DO own the Leader class' ROTF Megatron, movie 1 Leader Megatron, AND the silver premium version of movie 1 Leader Megatron as well, none of them compare to this guy in looks &/or aesthetics

I forget his name- ?Decemberist maybe?, but the 3A guy who's been posting in these threads said there wouldn't be anymore. Not sure if he said explicitly that they'd already done all they had the license for, but that seemed to be the implication.

Of course at some point in the future 3A could get another license and do more. But for now their movie toys are concluded. (unfortunately)

That extra knee joint that extends out seems rather pointless, at least on mine. I extend it and it only ratchets forward one notch. Even when it does that, it snaps back to it's original spot almost immediately. It's not something that bothers me too much cause i like more hunched over look for Megatron. The ankles though i do like, it also adds height to him which helps when standing him next to Bumblebee.

There isn't any bicep swivel that i can find. Unless it's extremely tight and refuses to move. Which is possible cause several joints are like that and it's tough to get a good grip on things because in order to move them, you have to grip tightly...doing so on any of the 3A figures (because of all the intricate details) you're likely to damage something. You need to go carefully with these guys...but i don't think that their is any sort of swivel, which is unfortunate. I think they could have made a section that would have extended out (like with what they did on the ankle) and made the lower arm swivel. But i'm not a designer and i would imagine they tried doing everything possible.

By Primus. I finally received my Megatron from customs after what seemed to be like trying to convince a brick to roll up a hill by gently nudging it with a feather. They were convinced it was Prime 1's rendition and not 3A and was charging me 12% of P1's retail.

After paying an additional $156,- it's finally mine.
I feel like placing it behind hermetically sealed glass.

Anyone want a 3a megatron? PM me. Asking 400 shipped. May be $20-30 more depending on distance.
