Well, thanks for all of that, it's helpful, if disappointing. I can't seem to find a nice clear photo of a correct Harrier at all. They're all shot at the wrong angle, or the landing gear is deployed, or they're too small/blurry.

Meantime, here's photos of Air Raid, Fireflight and Skydive. I think they're all right, but if you see anything out of place, let me know.

Air Raid is probably based on a single-seat USAF F-15A or F-15C or JASDF F-15J fighter. The aircraft in your picture is a two-seat F-15E Strike Eagle, which is a bit later than the toy.

Fireflight looks fine; the toy was probably based on a USAF F-4E or JASDF F-4EJ.

I agree with this about Skydive:

The aircraft in your picture is probably an F-16C. However, the visual differences between an early F-16A and an F-16C are fairly minor, so you could stick with that if you want to. If you're interested, here's some info about the early F-16A types:

Laster is a 25th anniversary Lamborghini countach due to the strakes on the side of the front spoiler, side skirts, rear side vents and the engine cover. Go shooter/siren on the other hand is based on a 3rd generation Toyota Supra rather than an rx7. The main giveaway is the side windows and rear end.

Actually, he is neither. Soundwave is a mini cassette recorder. Mini cassettes were smaller than regular cassettes (compact cassettes) but a bit bigger than microcassettes.

Cliffjumper is a hybrid of the 924 Turbo and the 924 Carrera GT. You can see the wide fender flares from the Carrera GT, which weren't present on the Turbo.

I say CJ was a 924 GTR. Headlights and grill, squarish front air dam, dual front bumper bumps, hood scoop, rear AND FRONT fender flares, spoiler, etc.

Great list! If l had to nail down Tracks to a year l would say 1982.

80 thru 82 had virtually no design change. Minor badging changes and the toy has no badging.

Technically there was no 83 model year as they early released the "C4" body style and all 1983 production was tagged as '84 Corvettes.

But Tracks' wheels resemble the wheels (albeit less spokes) on the 1982 Collectors Edition.
