I think that maybe the '87 combiners will perhaps turn up in Titans Return with some kind of "-master" gimmick. I see this most with Predaking. Predaking would have a big head, so a decent size Headmaster or Targetmaster would work. I see this as a possibility. Or Titans Return and CW will co-exist, just like T30 and AoE Generations did. And it literally made NO sense.

    Otherwise, Sky Lynx looks... Decent.

"Agregor" sounds suspiciously like Jetfire3478 (or something like that...) over on YouTube. That guy couldn't get it through his thick skull what the other guy was saying about the Technobots and the continuing CW line on through and beyond the Titans Return line. Not only is the Combiner Wars line NOT ending yet, it will be continuing on into 2017, and according to possible legit information from the same source, we'll be getting other non-vehicular combiners...Abominus, Predaking, etc,.,...who knows, but that is the serious rumor going into 2017.

Yes, Titans Return will yield Fortress Maximus and a crap ton of Headmaster stuff, but everyone knows that by now. However, that will not necessarily mean the suspension of any other Combiner Wars figures Hasbro may choose to release within the TR line time frame. I mean seriously, why would it, if it means more money for Hasbro? CW certainly didn't stop them from re-releasing the unnecessary leader class seeker repaints of Jetfire, which don't combine and don't scale properly with anything else except possibly some MP stuff? There are others in the line that aren't specifically combiner figures, but carry the label anyway. Hasbro will do what Hasbro does, regardless of any kind of absurd "limitations" that guys like Agregor think Hasbro has to abide by, because Hasbro listens to the cash registers, not the Agregor and Jetfiresomethingsomethings out there naysaying them...but oh well, we'll all find out together.

Well Shadowfall1976 (my year too), if the second set of Combiner Wars Autobot-cars are included in superior paint jobs, I may just have to give in and get them. Takara has little to lose when their offerings are usually so much nicer by comparison.

From the FaceBook images shown, the new SkyLynx will be out-sized (he's tiny) and out-classed (no electronics and no separate modes) by his G1 progenitor, but I still like him. I just love Starships, Space Shuttles and Transformers, I can't help it- BLAST OFF! (Gee, I miss when NASA & the USA had regular launches and a solid space supremacy...)

Honestly all I got left for combiner wars is the combaticons and sky lynx, I'd only get the 84/85 autobot limbs if I saw them at marshalls or TJmaxx for cheap. I'm on the fence about the G1 leader megatron, the one thing hasbro has failed to do is give us a prime and a megatron that match in size and figure quality.

I don't have any of the deluxe CW figures, but do the existing CW heads look like they would scale well with Generations TB? Particularly, would a squarish CW deluxe head fit inside the transformation space for Generations TB's head? I'm trying to gauge how much modding this transplant might require, if at all possible.
