Next PPV is Fastlane, Reigns should win back his #1 contender spot and the main event at WM will be Reigns vs HHH. Wyatt vs Brock also in the cards IMO.

Roman will likely punch the champ on a bunch of Raws and call the Authority mean names. That's all it takes to get a title shot most of the time.

That was "revealed" as the mania plans last week. Though Reigns is owned a title rematch anyway so they don't even need a fastlane contender match.

    And.... that was disappointing.

I mean, the Rumble was good overall, but Triple H? I'm surprised they didn't just wheel Cena out and have him win with one arm in a sling.

Sounds like this Rumble was well booked, but I'm disappointed that HHH won. Another part-time wrestler is champion. I guess it makes sense storyline-wise, but let the accusations begin of HHH pulling a Nash and booking himself to win the title.

Probably. The Authority will probably make him have to win two of those just to make it to Wrestlemania.

    Anyway Wrestlemania Looks like :
    HHH vs Reigns
    Brock vs the Wyatts.
    Sasha vs Charlotte
AJ vs Ambrose vs Owens vs Zayne (I'm guessing)

Yeah kinda expected HHH to win it. Didn't expect to see Ambrose finish the match with him. Thought it would have been Reigns and H at the end.

I actually thought this was pretty good overall. Like both KO and Ambrose so I was okay with either winning. Glad New Day and Kalisto won. Sucks Becky lost, but Sasha coming back was fucking awesome and pretty much made up for it.

Liked the new debuts in the Rumble. HHH winning was extremely predictable, but TBH I think I'd still take it over Reigns just winning it again.

I'm just surprised there weren't more, well, surprises. AJ Styles and Triple H were really it, as far as entries. I guess Sami Zayn, too. But where the hell was Samoa Joe, or Finn Balor? Even if it's a one time (for now) appearance on the main roster it's better than the waste of time and former Champs like Swagger and Henry.

You know how HHH is the perfect "Heal" that can make whoever he face gets cheared because he's HHH.......not this Rumble.

I did too, but I guess they had to do something that was a surprise..

So the anticipated WM Main Event HHH Vs. Reigns for the WWEWHC
    Lesnar Vs. Wyatt match possible
Undertaker as of yet expected to not be on the card.
    Jobber Battle Royale
Charlotte vs. someone for the Divas title

That's stacking up to 100k seat card I tell ya what maggle! :rolleyes2

I'd love to see Sasha vs Charlotte vs Becky at WM.

Shoulder, but I don't remember exactly what it was, but he came through the surgery ok.

And really, I don't mind HHH dropping the title to Reigns at mania, at least, at the very least it would give some small meaning to him going over Sting for 0 reason at WM last year.

If Ambrose lost the IC title to Owens, I honestly would have gave him a shot at eliminating HHH at the end. But I don't think they'll do a dual World/IC champ. That the Ultimate Warrior.

Cena had shoulder surgery. Supposed to be out for long while.

As for Wrestlemania, so far the only matches I'm looking forward to are Lesnar/Wyatt and Charlotte/The Boss. Mostly because I'm a suckered for both Lesnar and Sasha Banks.

That was the best RR event in years. I honestly enjoyed every match on the card, and liked that Reigns was neither the winner nor last man eliminated. For just a moment, I really thought they would put the belt on Ambrose. A great debut by AJ Styles in front of a crowd that knew his work from his many years at TNA (which was headquartered in Orlando at Universal Studios) gave us someone different to watch, and the lack of the typical 'legend comes back' didn't hurt the Rumble a bit.

Kevin Owens sure has a lot of rivalries going. Sami Zane, Ambrose, Neville, Styles...throw in Jericho, Kingston, and Ziggler, and you have a great Money in the Bank match.

Damn. That would be a great Money in the Bank.

While I'm a little down on some aspects of the Rumble itself, the rest of the card was pretty great.

    Great PPV all around.

I'm the smarkiest indie-loving smark, but man.....I am fine with the end of the Rumble. Give HHH his swansong and create a reason for the Reigns/HHH stuff to drag another 3 months. It was going to happen anyway, at least there's some serious motive this time.
