My pick is the CW helicopter mold.
i don't know why but its just fun to fiddle with. i bought AB and Blades and seriously am considering Vortex just because its a mold i cant put down. as a younger member my earliest memories are of getting Spychangers with my first being my mum coming home with my first transformer ever which was that green sideswipe figure. when i got it i never had seen a transformer before and couldn't let go of it. i get the same feeling with this mold
as for the other top 4
    2.Rook

I'm quite surprised that the top staff pick is CW Ultra Magnus. His feedback thread is full of comments regarding his poor QC, blatant hollowness, and breakage issues.

Anyhow, my top five are as follows:
    1. CW Leader Starscream (I'm biased)
    2. CW Leader G1 Megatron
    3. CW Devastator
    4. CW Menasor
    5. RID Warrior Megatronus

Man.. where to even begin with all those top transformer releases for last year 2015? My personal picks and absolute faves are as follows..(in no particular order):-
    1. Takaratomy UW03 Guardian. Dat Deluxe Groove. Nuff said...
    2. Masterpiece 25 Tracks.
    3. Masterpiece Stat Saber. Childhood memories came flooding back as I had the original G1 toy when I was 9.
    4. Generations / Takara Legends Brainstorm.
    5. Generations / Takara Legends Ulltra Magnus with. Alpha Trion and or Legends Megatron...its a tie..lol.

I'm not staff, but Arcee is definitely a great little toy. I can kind of see why it didn't make the top list, though, as all the toys that were picked were slightly better in my opinion.

Legends huh? I will give you legends(not those legends tho) in my alternative picks.

    1. Legion Sideswipe -classic format done well in legion
    2. Legion Fixit -cant help but like the charcter like teebob or R2 and this figure is blinding to boot.
    3. One Step Strongarm -Dont judge OneStep if you haven't played with this toy, best example of what 1 steps are
    4. Legion Bumblebee -made me very happy at the begining of the year
    5. Legends Warpath -not great articulation but looks really cool

Some nice choices there, I agree with Bruticon on MP Bluestreak in Diaclone colours. It's one of the few remolds that's really surprised me with just how much I like it. I have the other Datsuns and love them all, but this really stands apart with such a strong paint job, it's like the font from which all other Datsuns are drawn.

I loved the Legends Arcee (though I switches her forearms with the Gen version to get the best of both worlds) and the general quality of Combiner Wars has impressed. Overall I'd say it's been a great year for TF's.

Wait, I see mentions of MP Wheeljack and Magnus. Didn't they come out in 2014? (Magnus may have been out in January but I can't remember)

    For me:

    1) Devastator: I haven't had this much FUN with a TF in ages.
    2) MP Wheeljack: Just a perfect representation of G1 Jackie.
    3) Defensor: I wasn't even going to get him as I'm not a big fan of the characters, but HotSpot is so good and the assembled gestalt is great.
    4) Superion: just great little bots, especially Alpha Bravo
    5) Ultra Magnus: loses some points for the hollowness, but everything else is great.

I didn't vote, because I didn't buy enough TFs this year to fill out the runners-up, but it would have been Takara Legends Arcee... or CW Magnus, who obviously won.

    1) takara blackaracknea
    2) takara nightbird
    3) takara slipstream

    ;)

    2014 was probably like:
    Hasbro arcee
    Hasbro windblade
    Hasbro chromia

So who is gonna win my 2016, Hasbro or Takara, time will tell, but make mp arcee, and takara will win for sure ;)

Oh, and not gonna lie, but MP Shockwave looks nice for 2016, I wonder how it will due. Cant see myself fitting him in, but damn it be me not liking the looks of this one.

I think for as great as her transformation is, she has some pretty big subtractions. The backpack isn't that great. The hand issue was also a bit of a mess. Those are the first two issues that detract from that figure making it onto my "favorites" list. Again, I still think it's a great toy with a lot of solid engineering, I just don't think it makes it into my top five.

Im very impresses Ive seen CW Menasor several time in this poll when he belongs to the top 3 worst transformers of the year. Just the combiner mode, individuals are very good.
