I got 1 layer of bubble wrap, but everything was fine. Paul even managed to extend the box with some cardboard and tape to include a couple of other items I bought at the same time. Can't wait to open this thing later tonight.

 

oh man you'll be pleased! Took some photos, even if you probably seen every bits of it already. The choices made to make this figure awesomeness are very smart and it shows that the guys behind this project are really serious about what they're doing. All the differences are actual improvements if it's not some sculpt details. I'm still trying to catch up with all this KO and 3d party thing but when did the Chinese KO became so good?

 

The only item they didn't upscale on this thing is the shoulder faction symbol, it's literally the same size as the MP-10... kind of strange unfortunately, otherwise this thing is perfect!

Mine are not the same size. I'm holding the blank plug from MPP-10 in front of MP-10's faction symbol and the MPP-10 logo is bigger.

Great successor to my MP-1. I never bought MP-10 as I dont want to pay for a trailer I'll never use... This KO is better than the original Takara... LOL

Lots of extra paint and die cast, too.

Wow, this thing. Wow. Top notch. When I first opened it and had it in my hand it kinda felt weird, like I expected it to be heavier and kinda wondered about the plastic quality, but no, the more I messed with it, it's rock solid. It weighs almost a pound more than the real MP10. The red on it is like the red on the Hasbro MP10 but the blue is darker like on the Takara MP10. I think this color combo is what should had been done in the first place. It's even taller than the original Masterpiece Prime, though the original looks to still have more mass and weighs more due to all the diecast. While this won't replace my MP10 in my MP display, this will go nicely with the OG MP Prime on a separate shelf. I hope they do Nemesis Prime too. My wallet is already bracing itself for that impact.

Correct. The insignias are about 18% larger than the stock MP10 insignias give or take... That's about how much I scaled the design model for my logos I created.

 

After all the minor drama around a bunch of us getting a message about our MPP10s getting returned to sender I picked my resent toy up from the post office this morning. I take it all back Promotionalgift2012, you're a scholar and a gent, and a top ebayer too.

Was item box in good shape?

 

Finally received this thing from smartlulup2010 today, just in time for Xmas. He shipped it last Wednesday via EMS so a week and a day aint bad at all. Some small dings on the box but overall in good shape and NOTHING like that poor smashed up box posted earlier in this thread.

This thing is glorious! First thing after unpacking it was slapping on jream's Autobot symbol. I now suddenly feel ripped off by the Hasbro and Takara versions...

 

How long from when you placed the order to when he finally shipped it out? Any pics of the box damage?

 

Pretty much. One of the corners was slightly squished, but nothing major, just the usual "It's come halfway round the world" kind of thing you expect buying from china.

 

I ordered early November. Didn't notice until after I made the purchase that, buried deep in the auction was the note that the figure wouldn't ship until late December.

I also just noticed the first defect in my figure. There's a crazy stress mark on the figure's left fuel tank connector. Other than that, everything else seems fine.
