Says who? I see this no different than anyone saying that deluxes should be 10$. Wake up people.

Anyways, a minicon cost 5$ these days right? A legends tf costs 10$, right? So...15$ plus you get bonus weapons. I fail to see how this is a totally crazy price and not in line with anything that has come out this past year.

Can you post some pics and/or review? I am curious about the size point on these. I love the recent Cyberverse Commander and/or CW Legends size and articulation so these look intriguing to me.

Cool golden armor, it gives Optimus and Sideswipe a "Yusha Braves" feel.

But how did a MiniCon get slapped with the name of the most metal Decepticon ever? And is Anvil going to be hit with a hammer or something?

I just saw these in person a few hours ago. Definitely bigger than Prime Cyberverse and Generations Legends. Definitely the same size or very close to the old scout size. They look like a lot of fun but the color choices are questionable for Optimus. Black biceps and thighs instead of grey? Not a dealbreaker but disappointing. The Minicons didn't look all that appealing. If I could get the main figure and armor for $10 sans Minicon I would be content.

This statement has now been proven enitrely wrong since the latest in hand images prove that this is a bigger size class than the legends class. So you add a minicon, and extra weapons and yeah 15$ is more than fair.

These sets cost 23 EUR here. Standard European pricing (up to double US retail price for the very same figure), something we got used to already and it is always hilarious to read the angry Us comments about high prices. The world of 10 USD deluxes, 20 USD voyagers is long gone.

Power Core Combiners, Human Alliance, Generations Legends, and the Data Discs were all similarly-scaled 2-packs that went for $10...... but they never went anywhere. The rest of the lines would move thru their stocks more or less smoothly, but these "cheap" 2-packs always end up stuck on Wave 1 for months on end.
Adding $5 to the price and using characters that already have a dozen other toys probably isn't going to help matters...

Anyone know if there going to do a set with a Decepticon fig, and an Autobot Mini-con? I have Optimus, and I love the Armor, and articulation for the size, but he needs a better adversary.
