Isopropyl will take off the logo, but it also might remove some of the paint underneath (the hood is very likely to be painted).

I think others have had luck removing tampos using something like floor or window cleaner. Can't remember where I read that though, think someone did it on their Bumblebee's foot.

 

Uh ... no. I don't know that I agree that it's metallic, but you can easily tell the red is paint in the newest pics.

 

Aw, you have no idea how much I agree! It does kill me slightly when the in hand pics start appearing and they're often blurry, fuzzy, mistransformed and generally bad. You don't have to have an amazing camera, but at least thing about the photo you're taking!  

To be fair, this latest set of RR is not bad.

Agreed, I think it's painted too, but I guess we will see. Tracks was hard to tell in pics, and then even after he landed people were still debating whether he was painted or not (though he definitely is).

Well, from these pics, she doesn't look to be metallic  . 50,000 carbon credits to all those to whom I lost the bet.

 

Yeah there is no metallic sheen to this at all, and honestly looks like bare plastic to me. Maybe it's painted, but it doesn't pop like I would like it to.

 

No paint but she looks fantastic. I do wish it had blacked out windows though. Hope AE gets it to me in a timely fashion so i can see the mold for myself finally

 

Love the colour, nice fiesta red going on there. This car was made to be in this colour. Damn that gun. Damn!

 

Road Rage has made my list of Femme Transformers that I think are kickass. Chromia is still my favorite. Can't wait for the 26th, or whenever she arrives. I do kind of hope Clamp Down gets delayed a week.

 

I can't wait until you or TCracker add this version to your collection as well. She needs to be photographed better than she has been. I still don't doubt that she's painted in a semigloss or gloss red.

I'll need to track down one or more of those clear stands soon.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure I'm about to cancel my preorder. She should be available long enough that i can go back and get her if I change my mind again- but that finish really doesn't look like what I expect from the line.

Now I need to decide wether to get Tracks after all (since he has the finish) or just pass entirely.

Tracks was one of my grail characters as a child. But I had the Binaltech and Chug versions and gradually came to realize I hate his head (toy head was different). This is easily the best sculpt his toon version head has had, but after getting him twice and not liking him twice I'm hesitant.

With so many MPs (official and non-) coming, I don't really need or have space for MP Diaclone cars variants.

Those are a different type of collecting. Like, if they released the original mold with original stickers of ones we haven't seen yet or in variants that haven't been done yet (already have all of the e-Hobby releases), I'd be all over it.

 

Christ that is a good looking alt mode. It's up there with G2 Sideswipe and Exhaust. I wish I had the power to resist diaclone but I don't. I must have it and it shall be mine.
