So I bought mines from tfsource, sadly when I received my figure the mp box was crushes and badly damaged. There was no damage to the shipping box, which leads me to believe they said f - u and sent me a crushed box without even asking me. I'm not buying from them anymore but is that standard practice?

P.s. I contacted them but they never replied. Lost cause. But the figure is lovely

 

I only ever order from TFSource once a very polka dotted blue moon. Not a fan.

But in their "defense," try giving them a day or two to reply. Also, unless you ticked the "collectors box" or whatever version, I suppose they can send you whatever crap they want.

 

My last 2 big orders from them came like this. Well not badly damaged, but with a pretty bad crumpled corner on both MP-11T and Quantron.

Not yet. I called Fex about it, worried that it was lost. They gave me an explanation that the tracking sometimes "goes dark" as the package is being handed over to the local USPS. Not sure I buy that, as it was still out of state at the time.

Anyhoo, it was originally scheduled for delivery on the 16th when the tracking quit. When it turned back on it was the 19th. Now I check and it's to be delivered today. Definitely an emotional roller coaster using this, especially during the holidays. Might spring for another shipping method next time around.

 

i got mine from tfsource because they had it and tcp did not have any left for me... tcp has definitly spoiled me on shipping things out quickly.

ordered late eastern time the evening of the 16th... todays the 18th, no movement yet saddly


im like guys, can you just roll it down the warehouse isle and drop kick the thing into a shipping box like you do and hand it off to usps

Mine arrived yesterday. Unfortunately my wife took to heart my tongue-in-cheek idea to wrap it up and put it under the tree as a gift to myself from myself in order to entertain my children. She snatched it before I got home from work and hid it so I don't get tempted to open it before Christmas. I don't even know where it is in the house right now...if it's even in the house. *shakes fist at Mrs. Yeled*

Mine got into town this morning, as well as my TT Devastator.  I'm just waiting for my dealer to let me know when I can come pick them up. Argh!

 

as long as you didn't pay for faster shipping to get it sooner, it's all good.
