Yeah, I think so too, because I had a shipping confirmation for MT Overheat a couple of days ago, and am refraining from chasing up because I'd imagine that both Kapow and the postal service are rather busy right now.
Hopefully he'll turn up next week.
I'm expecting stuff like Tyrant, TT Devy, Sunsurge, etc... to appear after xmas. Hope Blaster gets to me beforehand though.

Till it got flipped in the final:lol  but yeah, what a bot, could have been a team pet for the wreckers
Cool, I love the designs of gundams, but only have about five figures. My favourite is a red one that can transform into a bird. I've promised myself if I ever get any others it would only be ones from G gundam, as that's the only series I've watched. (Waits for enabling pictures of the master gundam and gundam maxter etc to appear)

Made my TV debut today - apparently on the Riverside show for STV Glasgow tonight (now, actually) - I'm out delivering tickets and CDs to folk so wont catch it, told it looks and sounds good though.

Big gig tomorrow at Opium in Edinburgh if any Scottish TF nuts care to attend? Wore my Optimus Prime t-shirt today!

Hoping to see Tyrant by monday and then spend all week recreating geoff Senior art!

    Later guys!

Does the head on yours stick in the down position? In my experience the spring should keep his head peeking out by about half a head until the nosecone is put in position to hold it down in place. Could be either you've pushed it too far down due to the strength of the spring, or the spring itself in yours may be misassembled somehow.
Unfortunately it that with that and the state of the soft purple plastic on yours it sounds like the QC lottery has lumped you with a duffer, the downside of modern mainline collecting.

    YES.

They show in stock, but I've not had a dispatch email yet from TFS. Tyrant probably only just crawled off of a pallet. Hope he gets posted tomorrow - that way I might receive and be able to enjoy him on my Monday off.

    Rodentus - oh yes.

Captain Buttocks - well done, again. Mainly on your t-shirt.

Everybody else, I'm sending out the Secret Santa names... Now.

So you're all welcome to the pub on Wednesday night. Penderal's, Holborn, London. I can't stop you.

You won't get a Secret Santa gift, though.

I will still probably buy you a pint.

MakeToys Hurricane kit installed on my Custom painted RTS Cyclonus

Review: The kit matches the RTS colours almost perfectly which is good to see. Looking harder the purple matches the arms and knees. It doesn't match the chest or legs, but doesn't look out of place either. It all fits together fine and easily with a few screws to undo. Didn't find any hassle myself.
It is really a robot mode display kit though and not one for people who want to dynamically pose their robots. The waist pieces give him the IDW look but they prevent his legs from moving forward unless you move them out of the way.

The hands are on ball joints so you can swivel them but they don't have any real up/down movement. Both hands are semi closed and have a peg hole but it's not large enough. Nightstick will fit in but the handle doesn't go all the way down. Worse the sword will not go into the hands! If you shaved out the inside a little I think it would but why make that hard!

The sword comes with a holster to stick on his back and is the typical MT Drift sword.
The head sculpt is very nice and does give the IDW look well. The horn is a very firm rubber so has a little give but doesn't droop.

All together it's a nice little set to IDW verse your Cyclonus but I do wonder how much they added to the price for it and wish they made the hands better.

I like my rear ending heroes to be Cyclonus pure so does anybody want to buy the Hurricane add on kit by itself? Send me a pm.
