I'm pretty sure you can pay whenever you want at Nippon-Yasan. They request the money usually like a week before it comes out so they can just ship it.

Boooooo. Oh well, I guess Tracks becomes my Christmas MP instead of Ironhide, which was my original (overly optimistic hope). Rubbish that Road Rage isn't out until after Christmas, though. So fourteen months between new MP car moulds - thank goodness for SunSurge in the meantime.

 

Sometimes with BBTS I'll order something a similar price, then cancel the order. It goes in as store credit, and the money can't be touched by me again.

 

Does Japan take Christmas off too? Just curious since 12/26 is a Saturday, but since shops usually start sending stuff Thursday/Friday, they might not actually do that since if it's a holiday.

 

Good question. The only Japanese store to close over the holidays last year was Anime Export. If anyone has Road Rage pre-ordered there you won't be seeing it until mid January at the earliest.

Meh, I'm already waiting months for each MP release, another few weeks due to a delay in production or the Holiday season is not going to make much of a difference to me.

I have MP Tracks on the way, it was delayed due to waiting on another item. It should be available for pick up today/this morning.
I still have a preorder for Road Rage. After watching the Tracks reviews I have a better understanding of what to expect from RR. I think that the Alt mode and the paint job were very well done on Tracks and that RR will be no different in that regard.

 

I still have preorders in for RoadRage. I hope she really is that late in the month. I usually fund my imports out of eBay sales and that place has been either full of poor people or a ghost town lately.
