    Rumour: A brand new designed official Takara Tomy MP Megatron will be announced soon (within this half year) and be release in 2016, according to a reliable source. If this comes true, we can claim 2016 as "The Year of Decepticon"!

    Shouldn't there be some kind of proof? Or at least a good track record for predicting MP's? Well I guess this is the news and rumors section.

    I'd like to see some hard evidence that this is happening soon. I'm certain Megatron 2.0 is inevitable and that he's been in some stage of development for a while now, it's just been a question of when.

    There have been quite a lot of masterpiece Megatron rumours, we all know it's going to happen at some point but right now, without any proof this doesn't have me anymore excited then previous rumours.

    There hasn't been a single credible bit of inside-info since I've been a member of these boards.

    The few people trying to pass off like they have the inside scoop have been so far off it's not even funny.

    4 years plus since MP10. If it weren't for Shockwave and Ramjet, i would not be bothering to hope this is true.

    yeah same source once again im not sure whether is true or fake.. but
    since shockwave and ramjet being done secretly wish a megatron too..

    Even if true it would have to be leaps and bounds better than my 3rd party MP Megs that I currently own. Just looking at how Tracks, Hot Rod, Ironhide and Ratchet turned out, I have my doubts about it, who knows maybe they'll prove me wrong and knock my socks off but idk?

    So just to be clear, is the rumor that there will be an updated version of gun Megatron (MP-05) or is this a G2 tank Megatron?
