Wow. Them's bold words, Maz. I'm skipping Tracks and waiting on Road Rage, and with all of the good I've heard so far, including this, I'm really hoping she's an early December release and not late December.

The hands do look good... and Star Saber is one where I think the "v" gesture works especially well.

I've only been collecting the G2 and "original Diaclone scheme" Masterpiece figures, so I skipped on him, but these shots are making me reconsider. Maybe he could be a stand-in for Dia Battles? It's a pretty close color scheme, and the multi-part vehicle gimmick is a good match. And his retro robot look seems to fit. Though the design is closer to Dia Attacker, maybe...

I don't know if I should be convincing myself this is a good idea. I can't sell other parts of my collection fast enough.

 

IMO, you should collect figures you have some sort of attachment to. Dont buy for the sake of buying.....that'll get you in trouble

I went to the doll section of Toys R Us to find some cheap accessories before I even opened Tracks. I think I'm going to dispaly him with the scarf indefinitely. It just adds so much character!

 

Haha, love the fist bump/fresh prince style!  

 

Now I'm wanting a Tom Baker style 4th Doctor scarf for him!

 

Amazing pics, Maz! You did a much better job at the running pose than when I tried it (of course!). I also completely agree with your statements - this guy is definitely near the top of the pile when it comes to carbots, for me. Looking forward to the article...

Sweet set up! I'd love to have multiples but just can't justify it myself. I bet it looks great.

 

Thanks Sixo. The only reason I buy multiples is because I don't play with my figures or transform them. I know it defeats the purpose but I'm only in it for the display. If I was all about the transformations and rolling them into Prime's trailer I definitely would have stuck with 1 of each.

Makes sense! I really think it looks incredible to have them all lined up in multiple modes like that. If I was more streamlined with my collection (i.e. no 3P or MP Diaclones etc.) then I might be able to think about it. I like that you bought three of Tracks!  

 

Took one more batch of pictures with MP-18B, as I'm loving his color scheme! I'm so glad they issued this! It's a nice callback to the Diaclone line.

 

Great pics as always! Gotta love the MP line! Can't wait for next year! Makes me wonder who is the next big release after Ratchet!

I was doing ok until now, but Maz's amazing photos on top of Sixo's incredible pictorial review... Ok, the nerd-jealousy has hit me big time!! Should've gone EMS. Actually, should've just gone with Kapow (damn the £ to € exchange rate!).

Really looking forward to seeing what kind of poses I can get out of this glorious blue bastard. He'll look even cooler with Road Rage's gun come the new year.

 

He certainly can do that with his wings, that was actually my first port of call  

Mine is on the way using SAL from AE, and it was actually faster to buy a second hand Tracks off a Kapow customer who received it, didn't want it, and posted to me a day or two later!

That's the benefits of living in England though, you can get such fast shipping between each other. Can't really complain, usually with EMS I get something from Japan to Ireland within the week, which is about the time it used to take to get things from Kapow. I went with SAL this time though (from AE as well) - maybe I'll have him by the end of November!

Wow November already. Just realised it's been nearly a year since Bumblebee was released. That's quite a wait between new-mould car bots.
