I'm kinda the same. The bigger the better. I like the MT Computron, but he's just so.... cute.... may be I'll grab it at $220. However if MT is setting this price, then what will used ones go for?

Maybe they already started manufacturing these guys when they learned of the Transmissions podcast rumor that Hasbro is making the rest of the Technobots limbs. Better to sell Technobot limbs for $35 now before Hasbro offers Technobot limbs next year for $15 each!

THIS is what I wish for EVERY 3rd party...

 

I know there's a lot of engineering here but it's still to small :/

 

1. We don't know if they are making the other limbs, there may just extras of the two robots being offered.
2. They may be selling them at cost to get some money for them before the Hasbro Computron hits next year.

 

I'd REALLY like to know if they are making the whole set ...

 

If that's the case for 2, then their Defensor set should be sold for 150 for the whole set on account of the Hasbro set already in the market.

 

Well, so far they're following what seems to be the recently established routine among gestalts that are sold piecemeal, of two combiners released per month, so I'd expect two more to follow in December and the last in January. Also, it would seem odd for them to have a massive oversupply of just two of the figures if they were only produced as complete sets in the past.

 

The clue is in how these are referred to as "C" and "D". The bots from the gift set had no such label, had they?

 

I'm all for it. I've always wanted Strafe & Afterburner but never had an interest in the rest.

 

I may pick up Strafe at that price. Only one I was really interested in.
