I have posted pics of a G2 Menasor on my FB page for anyone who wants to see some high res pics. These are prototypes in very late stage of production, very close to Final Engineering Pilot (FEP) stage.

Tomorrow I post all pieces in the Menasor combiner mode (since I lack the G2 Menasor mask/head I have used a G1 mask/head as a replacement)

It can't be a coincidence these pop up after Transfan2 got his Combiner Wars G2 Stunticons.

 

I started posting these on my FB page on Oct 29th and have been posting daily since then.

I do lack the purple g2 mask, so I replaced it with a black G1 mask.

 

Awesome find Starwarsprotos! Are you going to get the CW G2 Menasor so you can do comparison pictures between the two?

 

No plans for a comparison. I just wanted to make some detailed photos for the world to enjoy.

Well, I guess these are pretty much worthless now that we're getting the Combiners Wars G2 Stunticons. I mean who would want these unarticulated GeeWun blocks of crap when you could get the beautiful, poseable, modern versions. I feel sorry for the poor saps who spent tens of thousands of dollars on these hunks of plastic and metal.

Kidding. Sort of. 

 

That dragstrip looks absolutely gorgeous in black. I may be a bit biased though, as dragstrip is my favourite stunticon 

 

while i appreciate the rarity of this item i can't help but want to throw up at the colors.....

god the 90s were insane with random neon...

 

Oh ok, still neat you got this going on.

I have to say he looks good with the black mask.

 

I know this is supposed to be the holy grail, but damn those colors are fugly!! What is it with odd colors and the 90's? I know drugs was running rampant at that time, but was Hasbro employees doing drugs too?

 

Remember in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade... the correct holy grail was the ugliest cup in the room.

 

That has nothing to do with G2 neon colors. If you actually paid attention to the movie he say that the is the cup of a carpenter. Jesus' stepdad was a carpenter and taught him the trade. So why would the Lamb of God who is suppose to teach humility be drinking from a cup made of gold?

Of course you could have meant this is one of rarest and ugliest G2 toys that makes it the grail everyone seeks.... then ignore everything above.  

 

Points for noting it was his "stepdad"... very good.

Yep, the colors look like some vomited day-glow on it. But, Drag Strip is awesome in black I don't think anyone would argue that.
