Sky Lynx would look so sweet with Space Shuttle limbs. Too bad we are not getting any :'(

 

For the CW designs, they had to figure something out. The rotors couldn't just hang out in combined mode for safety reasons, I wager. I'll take two-bladed helicopters if it means we actually get these characters.

 

They could have still folded up, safety wasn't an issue on these with that. They could have easily been done and still meet safety requirements, they did it on the FOC one. I'm just saying the 4 Blade rotor is amain design cue of his, that even that shitty FOC got right.

 

They were in a panel, not on the floor.

 

If anything should've been a leader class it should've been Sky Lynx. Never mind the CW gimmick.

 

I wish they would bring back the old supreme class for characters like him and omega personally.

Well if Hasbro won't make a giant 2 piece Skylynx I hope some random 3rd Party does!
Still very glad he's finally getting something LEGIT new...because I really didn't like him as a predicon...at least not the toy. He was at least the smarter one in Predacon Rising.

 

I could see Perfect Effect doing a Perfect Combiner kit to allow you to convert Sky Lynx's dragon mode to a lynx mode.

Yup! This is the correct answer, and the best repaint option for Skylynx. It's perfect.... it's a 'Con, it's not a pre-established character, it doesn't need a humanoid robot mode. It's a neat way to cram a new, but still classic, character into the mythos.

EDIT: I don't mean he should be remolded, incidentally. Giving him a griffin head wouldn't work with the shuttle mode, obviously. But I'm all in favor of a repaint that is based on the purple griffin, given an identity as a new character.

This will happen. Odds are greater as a Con Exclusive, but yes. This will be a thing.

 

Or maybe a TFCC set. And throw in Combaticons colored like Ruination as a combiner set!

 

I probably wont want the beast head in torso mode...hope to replace it with a more traditional head

Wheeljack and Hound are looking pretty good, although Jackie definitely needs more paint. Hopefully Reprolabels will make a good set for him.
