people can't really be upset that they lost, can they?

chicago got to have 4 mlb playoff games this year at wrigley from a team that wasn't even supposed to make the post season. let that sink in for a second cubs fans. THEY WEREN'T SUPPOSED TO BE THERE. but with new management and young talent they had an outstanding year and a great season.

for the first time in, well, ever...cubs fans should actually be excited to say "there is always next year". it's the first time that phrase has ever meant anything.

 

I turned it on in the third. I bust out laughing. Proceeded to change channel and watch South Park. Turned it back on. Busted out laughing harder.

Go Sox, at least you won at some point in my life.

Yeah it sucks that I work tomorrow. Any weekend there is something cool to do I work.

 

Changing jobs seemed to do the trick for me  Maybe it's time to change.

Can't believe more folks haven't piped up about going, sometimes you find nothing, sometimes you find a gold mine. I don't have much of anything to spend, but it's a nice relaxing day and I'm taking the boy along(if he can get up in the morning lol).

 

I'd love to go but I'm strapped for cash this month. I did go last year with my kids, dropped a hundo but quick.

 

I didn't find anything for me this time and that's rare 

I did let the 5 yr old barter his own deals, he did okay, I ended up spending like 21$ or so on stuff he liked that he did the deal on.

I haven't had much luck as shipping this thing has driven up cost - I have an extra TRU SS with a gift receipt that I want to unload at cost to someone who missed out on TRU SS. If you want to throw me some gas $ I'd rather meet locally than spend $15 to ship.

 

I was asked to bring Transformers for two of my far nephews. They don't know anything about Transformers except that it's a toy that transforms.

Someone traded in a Mech Ideas Demolition crew set(Top spin and twin Twist) at Quake Collectibles West

 

I'd say from the new RiD line- they're really pretty cool, there's the current cartoon to go along with, and they're everywhere.

 

I was thinking about new RID too. But I'm also thinking about CW. I was wondering if I get them part of the series they will get the rest to make it a whole, thus getting them into Transformers stuff.

 

I was just in Springfield, IL and they had two Devastators there. $169.99. However, it is currently cheaper on BBTS and TFS.

This just in, Algonquin TRU has 4 Devastators on the shelf as of this afternoon. Amazon has them for $143 so any of those as comparisons should get you a good price match.
