I'm down for an updated version of Cybertron Override. Thought that was a great design all along.

 

How so?

 

Hoping for Cybertron Override. Expecting G1 Override.

 

I'd have mild interest in a new Cybertron Override, and no interest in a new G1 Override.

 

Better be Cybertron Override

 

I'd only be interested in G1 Override if he was a redeco of Takara Groove.

Otherwise: Cybertron Override, please.

 

The original Cybertron Override was a mess of a figure, but yeah. If they make one, it'll either be a new redesigned version or the US release of the TT redeco. If it's a new version, it'll probably be marketed as a dude in Japan and a chick in the West, given the genderbend that originally happened.

 

I think if they did a Springer Sandstorm job with Blurr and Cybertron Override it could work well. You could have similar vehicles except Blurr has no wheels and Override does.

 

Oh god, no. The less we see of that shellforming Barbie, the better. Give us a real Arcee, please.

 

Even Animated Arcee had shellforming. It's kind of hard to do a G1-accurate Arcee otherwise. And trust me, I'll take Gen Arcee over Animated any day.

Also, I have Nightbird preordered, so...  

 

You know, that could actually work and with all those rumors about toys based on TFTM, it gives me a bit of hope we might see Cybertron Override.

 

Well then I guess we'll just have to sacrifice maximum G1 for quality. Sure is a good thing that there's no meaningful connection between those two things, otherwise we'd be screwed. Besides, G1 is for "MP", not Generations.

 

Please be Cybertron Override...

 

"G1-quality" would mean exactly that: oversized plastic bricks  

 

To some of us, it seems a bit odd that a random G1 toy with a gimmick would get a update before a prominent recurring female character in what was the main cartoon for most of 2005-2006.

 

I really hope it's Cybertron Override, or some variation thereof.

 

Can we also get an Armada Blurr? I'd like to see that toy return! Also I'm down for Override. Give me it.

 

If this is Cybertron Override then I say "Excellent". Now all we need is an updated Thunderblast which can be retooled into Nautica. Excuse me for a moment.

Hey, wait, how often do these turn out to be anything? I wanna know before I keep panicking about Shellformers and the baffling desire for them.

Two things.

One: there is no need for a new Thunderblast, except to attone for the original sin, the original Thunderblast.
Two: Nautica deserves so much more than a common shellformer.

 

Shellformers aren't the worst thing unless it's BW2 shellformers. Honestly, I don't get the hate for the milder shellformers.
