Yes, Activision is always problematic with their preorder DLC codes, it's kind of ridiculous.   I've seen some dogging Platinum for it (not here, elsewhere) and it's unfortunate because the publisher is the one responsible for code distribution.

Big publishers today are endlessly frustrating.

Anyone previously having problems with their preorder dlc code, try again. It worked for me today and another person on the activision forums so they may have fixed it finally.

I downloaded the game on Steam and it came with the DLC. The game is fun. I haven't managed to master it yet, but I made a game review on my Youtube channel.
Transformers Devastation Review

 

So I finally beat the game and while short it was certainly engaging. Also I managed to find a youtube video that contains all of Teletraan Alphas prophecies.

I find it weird that while the game is largely based on G1 it takes influence from several of the other iterations also like Aligned and IDW. I hope that Hasbro OK's a sequel because I would love to see more chaotic action especially if they bring in characters like Metroplex and Trypticon.

Well, the game is cool, and freaking difficult ( playing in hard ofc ). I dont get how people completes the game in 4 hours, i only have done the chapter 1 xD

Also, quick question for Euro Players, GAME stores are offering the DLC? Because i preordered the game in summer, but i dont have any code. At least here in Spain people who bought it in Fnac stores had the code...

 

Xbox 360. From what i saw on activision and microsoft forums, the invalid dlc codes seemed to be exclusive to that platform.

Best Transformers game ever.

 

Unlocked Magnus difficulty today, and it even makes the turret missions way harder! But at least now I'm getting different S weapons, not just melee.

Rodimus Prime's Photon Eliminator, Forge of Solus Prime, Grimlock's Sword. How long can the complete list of weapons from this game be?

I also wonder what can be done before getting ready for playing on Magnus. All collectibles are gathered, all side missions (except for the mysterious 3-6) are beaten. It seems only challenge missions are left to explore.

 

Curious where BB's names "World's Bridge" and "Race-Welder" come from.

Good question. Maybe something to do with his darker more rage induced G2 persona.

 

Ok, I tried my code when I got home yesterday and it worked. So I guess everyone's should activate now!

 

Pretty sure the thing about Wheeljack's creations saving the galaxy or such refers to the Dinobots, particularly Grimlock making the Technobots. A lot of the prophecies seem to relate to the movie or season 3.

 

I love the "cryptic" little nods they have in here as well as the subtle blending of eras in regards to the design. Perhaps "purists" are put off by that, but I think it is a neat touch.

 

How does one unlock Magnus mode?
