https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=scMJKx9vSB8&feature=youtu.be Apparently Sunset was removed from one of the songs And it seems Sunset wants Spoiler to go back to Equestria Wow... We know dreams of being a "princess"/Alicorn but this... THIS HAS NOTHING ON THAT XD! Nah the shipping bug is getting to you Sunset Sparkle? Twilight Shimmer? You know you want them together.
When a youtuber did a reaction to my "Everything Right/Wrong with Rainbow Rocks" video, he called it "Sunlight," which I liked.
It comes out as Shumslet Slimmer or Shumset Shima when I try to say it without thinking. Annoying. Ya know, while I'm here, I might as well share an unpopular opinion. I kind of wish the EG movies focused a bit more on Flash Sentry. (Dodges knife) Yeah, yeah, call me crazy. I ain't saying I want his and Twilight's relationship to take center stage (I ship Twipie, Twixie, and Sunlight too much for that), but I would like to learn more about him. I want to like him. The guy seems like a not-asshole. I wouldn't mind learning more about his character and giving him a bit more than just the waifu stealer and being a not-asshole. I remember there was a short that gave him a bit more of an arrogant personality. Maybe more of that, but not exactly that. Is that vague enough?
This is the same network that aired Shezow; so I doubt there's going to be any trouble. But if Twilight gets involved with actual Magic, then yeah then there will be trouble. I'm just tired about plots that revolve around lies in TV/Movies, they always wrap up with the liar being forgiven. So I kinda want to see if this episode does anything different, and see Big Mac and Apple Bloom get disqualified for cheating in the competition.
It seems a bit different in this situation. It doesn't seem like AB and Mac are doing it to win, but rather, Mac is doing it so AB doesn't have to miss the social due to AJ being out of town. He's not really lying for an edge against the competition, but out of earnest for his younger sister.
Episode was alright. I kind of saw the resolution coming. But the ending made me smile, so that's good.
It's been a while since MLP has made me cry. Because of that and the hilarity that was the rest of this episode, Brotherhooves Social is now my new favorite episode. Just a thought now, that one judge said they knew it was a stallion in drag, so does that include the guy who was smitten by him? In my head, yes.
It may not have been the most original premise but it was really enjoyable. I'm glad they finally let Big Mac shine in this one. This is probably the most amount of talking he has ever done thus far....granted most of it was in drag but still. Though him talking at the end was legit excellent. Peter New gives a great performance in this episode, another major standout performance from this season. another thing I loved was Spoiler that everyone saw through the disguise but they were fine with it...they were not fine with how Big Mac used brute force to win. also that guy who had a crush on Orchard Blossom. overall a really enjoyable episode Especially since it adds so much to Big Mac as a character.
Being an older sibling I could understand how Big Mac felt having Apple Bloom basically ignoring Him and making him fell like they lost their bond.
Another surprisingly good episode. It was good to see some of Big Mac's characterization, and his relationship with Apple Bloom. 'Nother good one.
I know how Big Mac feels. I'm an elder brother (technically the third in line but still the elder male brother) and of an average IQ and I don't shine that much. It's a nice episode and the reasoning for disqualification was not the one I expected.
I finally got around to watching Friendship Games, i loved it but it felt rushed. The Crystal Prep team was great, all of them felt like they got some character but still not as great as the Dazzlings. I felt Sunset's action were forced in an effort to close her story arc.. I can live witu that though. I think this movie just serves as a filler and maybe a bit of an opener to some ideas. When the Big movie comes out it's going to have to blow this out of the water, and FG got a littler serious at the end. I feel bad for watching this movie and seeing it as something to base the big movie on, but I feel like thats really what it's meant to be. Also, SUNSET HAS ACHIEVED GOD STATUS *Dies.
