There are no stupid questions, only stupid people who won't answer them.

I can almost smell the Hasbro PR execs waiting to strike. It's going to be hilarious when they go after all these companies for selling deliberate likenesses of their IPs.

So, after that bit of wisdom you didn't answer his question.

I believe it will transform, most model kit transformers like kayba still transform after being put together.
And WOW does that look nice!

Yes this in not a kabaya kit that you put together and parts forms...

This a kit you put together with screws included, once together it is fully transformable. That is the idea anyway.

Maybe it's just my shitty eyes, but I don't see any paint on this guy and he still looks phenomenal. I've finally broken down and preordered him, and since he was designed by Iron Factory, hopefully this means he will be the same size as their War Within Grimlock so I can stand them together as a then and now display. :D

    Hahahahahaha!:thumb

I can guarantee you that the good doctor can put the thing together better than any of us could, especially if you are adding paint to the equation. I had him do the Warbo Shockwave for me and am in love with what he did with it.

Most of him appears to be covered in silver paint. It was probably a pretty easy paint application for them to do since all of the grey parts could just all be mass-painted on their sprues with silver - no detail work involved.

Also of note - isn't little Grimmy designed by Iron Factory this time rather than WB themselves?

Yeah, no. I'm more than capable of building this myself perfectly, thanks - as are many others.

No offense to him, but it's a model kit, lots of people do them for fun all the time. It's not some scratch build, it's a kit designed to be easily assembled.

Wow, this little guy looks AWESOME!

Which is too bad, since I'm not buying the Computron set just for this. :(

Maybe we'll get an oversized Chinese KO based on that guy. :lol

Yes, they're just waiting to strike. They've been just biding their time since 2009. :rolleyes2

You can buy this as a standalone, no purchase of Computron necessary. BBTS, TFSource have it up for preorder $31, and CapturedPrey apparently will soon. I'm hoping ToyDojo will get it too, I'm inquiring about it.
