Like it matters who or what is in it, it won't be them at all anyway. Won't look like them, won't act like them, won't sound like them, etc. So who cares, it's just names. It's still sad though that these people are the worst at keeping secrets, but it makes sense when you think about the quality of work.

Like how most of the characters from series that came after G1 like BW,UT and RID01 that weren't anything like the G1 versions if a little? Also we don't have proof if Mark Ryan's keeping secrets or not yet so for all we know he could be telling the truth and that TF5 would end up being different from what we were told before?

Obviously you didn't do your research if you're saying writing and acting had nothing to do with why these films were so well recieved:

Titanic: James Cameron wrote, co-produced, and directed it.

Avatar: James Cameron wrote, co-produced, and directed it.

300: Based on a comic book written by Frank Miller, who also wrote Sin City in its original comic book form. Plus, the film largely was a success because of Gerald Buttler's enthusiastic performance as Leonidas since he's always the guy saying the most memorable quotes of that film.

Dark Knight: Heath Leger's death was what got him the posthumanous Best Supporting Actor award, his actual performance as Joker in the film is what made that film so great. If his performance had sucked, his death wouldn't have made it any better.

FF7: Jason Staham vs Vin Deisel in an over the top car action film that ends the franchise that gave birth to the street racing genre popularity boom. This one was all about star power and well-coreographed if totally impossible stunts in the scripting.

Frozen: It's an adaption of a Hans Christen Andersen story - Disney's been making money off of his stuff for decades so the fact this added one more to their success list is no surprise.

Big Hero 6: Heavily stylized adaption of a Marvel comic book title and also a pretty powerful narrative about loss and betrayal despite the big cuddly robot marshmallow.

Hey, you can't really blame me - it's not like his or the movies track records are at all promising.

I feel pretty crappy for vaguely mentioning what he said to me now. You guys need to keep it cool when it comes to info like this - I stated that nothing was confirmed and he was always the last to know, and suddenly everyone's making up shit about what the storylines are going to be. I guess that's the internet though.

man... Optimus Prime searching for the Quints and confronting Unicron sounds awesome, that is actually the movie I want to see!!!

That would be such a bummer if it isn't true.

Don't you mean junkyards battling it out? :lol  (HonestMovieTrailers)
PLEASE PLEASE RUIN THE QUINTS AND UNICRON, MICHAEL BAY! :lol

I get the bad feeling he'll space-cloud the space god, a la FF:Rise of Surfer (which he also directed and/or produced). :p  In fact, let me just go out and say I scream, "DAMN YE BAYYYYYY!!!" pretty much every time I see a classic franchise crushed with "innovative revisions to modernize for new audiences" or some such nonsense (when honestly, you can get a kid to enjoy G1 more than Bay movies, any Bay movie). :D

I never got the complaints about that, I can clearly see what's going on.

You are a sad, strange little man.

Internet misdirection and miscommunication strike again!

Good to know that these rumours aren't true and that Mark is still following what's happening.

To be fair, while I like say, the ROTF forest battle (the same example HT used if I'm now wrong), even I had to watch that scene dozens of times before I caught many of the smaller details.

And you have my pity. Why are we attacking each other to begin with?

NO! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! DOES NOT COMPUTE! DOES NOT COMPUTELARRRRRGHH!

I'LL KILL YOU! I'LL KILL YOU!

Why do you think I put it in quotation marks?

Whereas this person appears to be dead serious.
