My custom Neo-Destronger team is Devil Gigatron with Gelshark, Armada Airazor, and Feral Rex.

But imagine that team all in purple and black with the base Gigatron, Cloud Hellwarp, Armada Airazor, and Nero Rex....

I'd buy this in a heart beat if it wasn't another exclusive. No way am I going to be able to justify the ebay prices for him.

 

It didn't take long for BBTS to acquire MMC Stealth Azalea (which was also a TFH exclusive) last year and Stealth Azalea was available on BBTS site for a period of time; I reckon the same situation would happen for Nero Rex. Availability shouldn't be an issue for North American residents, the only deterring factor would be its' price-point.

 

WHEW! that goodness this is an exclusive! The original set was $$$!! If it were readily available I would find it tough to say no!

I personally think gaogaigar scheme would have been an interesting repaint, but black is more popular I guess.

Next dark fig I am getting personally is commotus.

I hope mmc will bring an exclusive delux or voy fig for the tfcon in U.S.this year again. Now that I think about it, i am kinda sad I missed out on the dark azalea scheme...

 

I think I would rather take a trip to Singapore myself before I pay what we can all safely assume will be an outrageous markup for it being exclusive and the fact that bbts is involved. At least then I would have a nice story to go along with the figure. "It was a souvenir I got in Singapore, and I went there specifically for this...".

Then again... I'm busy with work... And I'm getting a nice contract completion bonus soon... Dammit bbts! Just give us free shipping already...

 

I am not interested in this, but it's good to know that FP and MMC are at least making STGCC a premium event.

And yes folks, I've heard that the FP Optimus Prime Croc repaint is another "exclusive" you can get from the event.

 

The black color scheme is nice, as it diverts attention away from some of the wonky animal mode proportions, and plays down all of those sculpted ridges.

I already have the regular Feral Rex, so I'll just save my monies/shelf space for the inevitable 3p MP Predacons. *trying to justify not having Nero*

Is this color scheme on Predaking an homage to something to do with him or is it 'just because'? If it's the latter I think it's stupid to drop a bunch of money on this no matter how good it looks (it does look good, I admit).
