Ha, thanks! These two really do look great together as a set. I already have an extra Ryuko and recently bought a 2nd (non-GSC) Satsuki from HLJ. I'll be displaying those two together in a different pose when I get Satsuki #2. I loved the show that much (I was a big fan of TTGL but ended up liking Kill La Kill even more; the original Japanese version is better, of course, but the English dub cast did a decent job, I thought; my wife didn't like TTGL much but she did enjoy KLK and really wishes Figma would make Nui next along with Gamagoori and powered-up spiked-bat-wielding Mako ). A shame about the apparent incompatibility of head-swappage though. I may try again later but it doesn't look like it'll work to me, at least not without some potential DIY modding. It wouldn't have been the first snarky post I've seen coming from you. *shrug*
Oh man, I tried getting my brother to watch TTGL, but he couldn't even finish it! I made him try KLK and he loved it. Different strokes for different folks? I'm rewatching KLK on blu-ray and I must say this is one of the better dubs I've heard in a while. The localization of the script fits well with KLK and now I can enjoy KLK as a whole on a visual medium.
fuuu satsuki came today but not with my normal mail carrier. so they didnt ring the bell. so it went back. monday it is sadly
My GSC Satsuki should be coming in the next couple of days. On another note, has there been any announced delays for Racing Miku 2014: EV MIRAI ver? I'm hoping HLJ gets it soon enough that I can have it shipped out with other things that are nearing the 60-day limit mark of my Personal Warehouse...
I got my GSC Satsuki on Friday. Getting Bakuzan Gako and Koryu is totally worth the cost. They're my preferred weapons when posing with Satsuki.
I think the English dub being weaker with TTGL may have something to do with it (though the Japanese version is fine). That and I feel TTGL is the more trope-y of the two when compared to KLK (yeah, KLK has a lot of fanservice but I think it turns quite a few tropes on their heads ). Still, I like both shows for different reasons. A shame TTGL never got any Figma figures (that I'm presently aware of; though Revoltech Yoko is pretty nice; just wish we got Kamina, Simone, and Viral at the very least as well). I just got in the beige and gray Tamashii crater battle effects display bases (originally got them for my Iron Man and Avengers figures) and think they'd look great with these two figures! Yeah, I'm gonna try it again later when I have the time but it doesn't look too promising. Maybe I'll warm up to them later. They are very cool weapons and look great with Satsuki though. Haha, that certainly would be something on the show. Satsuki needs a proper tea cup though a gold pimp cup isn't without its charm. Awesome set up there, man! Which reminds me that I need to crack open my Bandai Darth Vader Death Star display base already.

Has anybody gave his thoughts on GGO Kirito? No? Then allow me. The figure is an improvement over SAO Kirito. It got more mobility in torso and legs and the new wrist system allows for more range of motion for sword action. The sword effect is better than the old one since it's made of a lighter material that doesn't put much weight on the hand. One thing to note is be careful with the hilt clip. It's made of soft rubber and if you're not careful you might tear it apart so keep that in mind. One nitpick I don't like about the toy is when you make an action face fixed to look at one direction. But since this Kirito doesn't look much different from the old one you can swap faces to have him look directly ahead of him. Or make him look embarrassed at his new look. Ha, I had to laugh at the Megatron photo and the girl being used as IDW Rung as a pseudo bludgeoning weapon.
Too bad its biggest problem is still being GGO Kirito. Looks great as a figure, but have no interest in that avatar. Until we get an Underworld Kirito (so... banking on an SAO3 to happen for that though), I'm fine with just the SAO one.

Oh good. I came here prepared to bitch about Lucina, and the first thing I see is the shipping date. Thanks @typev3! Hope she's sold well enough to warrant more FE characters. Anyone besides Chrom and Marth would be nice, but we'll get them or Ike before anyone else because obvious reasons.

Bah. Was hoping that HLJ was going to be able to Racing Miku EV MIRAI in the next week so that it can go out with my other stuff in my Private Warehouse. Guess not. On a side note, I got my Kiryuin Satsuki yesterday, with the exclusive swords from GSC. Haven't opened her yet, but she looks nice. Hopefully we'll get non-transformed versions (regular uniform) of both Satsuki and Ryuko, and maybe even with their kamuis switched. I'm not too hopeful on any of the other characters being made, save for maybe Mako-chan.
