    I am sold on this guy now, those pictures have pushed me from considering Fanstoys to going totally for this one.

    Just looks way more fun and characterful

    Honestly don't know which version I like more... slightly favoring the toon colors but both are so nice.

    I'm down for FT already - just like the face, feet, and slightly softer overall feel better, but I'm thisclose to throwing down a preorder for the toon version. If only they had a lighter olive than the toy or slightly deeper than green than the toon, it'd be a done deal. May get one for the "autobots rolling out" vehicle mode display.

    I keep flipping back and forth, but there's just something about this one that feels wrong to me. The forearms and thighs look more Revoltech and less Masterpiece, imo. I think I'm going with FanToys offering here. I just think he'll fit in better.

    The promo pic of the toy version seems to have a metallic sheen. I looked at the pics from TFcon, and it doesn't look that way. Can anyone that was there comment on this? Thanks.

    Alright. Good news to come back from the weekend to.
    GunDog is up and ready to roll, pre-order in, and hey, is this really gonna be to me in Sept?? That'd be sweet. Latest pics look amazing. Can't wait to get it. I'm going for the toon version but both look sweet. Smart smart choice to just make the 2 of them and let people choose.

    Ok, I see MT has seen the light, and decided to offer the dark green to everyone. That is great news.

    That said, who is still gonna want the toon light green over the dark?

    I liked the toon one at the show, but I didn't pay that much attention to the details of it's color vs the dark green cause I thought the toy was gonna be exclusive, so why bother comparing what I cant get.

    Someone mentioned getting FT version and the Toy version of MT, that might be an excellent idea actually.

    I kinda do. I like both a lot though but I'm slightly favoring the toon colors. The darker toy colors would look good next to the Takara MP10 though.

    Ordered Cartoon first, will probably order Type 61 next month. One of each for a balanced diet sounds about right.
