While true, there's more to it than that here. It was discussed, but it is so terrible, that the mods erased it from a thread.
That's right, we've been cleaning this thread quite often and I'd rather not have to keep doing so. Please stay on topic from this point on, otherwise I'll have to start issuing thread bans.
I think there is still question about if these are going to come out as official products versus a publicity campaign.
I am pretty sure they are customs and will not be sold en masse. Hasbro never paints the inside of the legs on ponies, even when they're painting bracelets that are supposed to go all the way around the leg or whatever. So the fact that these ponies are painted in those hard-to-reach places indicates that they're customs. Too bad, because I'd totally buy them.
