I have Takara Rusty, Platinum 2-Pack, and Evolutions 2-pack. Would love to get the Farmageddon set and Nemesis at some point, but they're a bit out of my price range. I think Takara Rusty looks the best for a screen accurate version, and it just has the coolest and most detailed paint apps. I'm quite content with my Platinum 2-Pack version as a Classics meets movie figure. The G1 deco on Autobots United is a bit better in robot mode, but I'm fine with the 2-Pack one and think it looks better. Evolution has a different enough paint job to justify keeping around.

I think it's a really cool mold, but it depends on what you want out of it. Want a more traditional movie Prime deco? Evolution. Want a more G1 inspired deco? Platinum 2-Pack or Autobots United. Want a movie accurate deco? Takara Rusty or Farmegeddon. It's all preference and what you're looking for. I'm surprised we've gotten so many cool decos for this figure in such a short amount of time. Now if I could just get a Nemesis Prime for less than $120...

Admittedly, I didn't realize that Evolution version was supposed to mimic the movie deco till you mentioned it. Kinda gives new life to it in my view now.

Kinda a combination of both I think. It's an oversized KO but they tweeked it to make it better. I'm sure it'll go for more than the oversized Hound, which is a great figure for the price. If it's at least that good, I'm in.

As for the regular mold, I had the TRU rusty version, sold it. It just wasn't good enough for me. Vehicle rust was nice but his bot mode was just weird, didn't even seem rusty to me so I sold him on eBay. I still have the regular Hasbro 1st version, once I get my hands on that upsized KO I'll have to see if my son wants the regular one.

I prefer the Five pack version but I don't want the other four figures. I'll stick with my Standard Hasbro and Evo 2-pack Primes.

But what I really want is the Milk Magazine hand painted Rusty Prime.

I think the Evolution version seems a bit more colorful imo.

I have the Evolution 2 Pack version that came with Classics Optimus and I would gladly trade it to anyone that has the standard Hasbro release.

While I don't have it, I'd say the Takara standard release looks best, although I'm satisfied with the 'Bots United version.

I like the Hasbro Evolution version. It isn't movie accurate, but the deco evokes the standard movie Prime look very well - it's what I imagine this version would have looked like before the battle damage and weathering. It may not be screen-accurate, but it's an attractive deco.

The standard Hasbro release became Classics Ginrai for me with the upgrade set.

    Japanese TRU.

The truck is really impressive, and even though the bot doesn't look anything close to accurate (and really, none of them are so it's hardly a strike), it still is a great color scheme.

Voted for Takara regular but I'm happy with the Hasbro version I have. Second choice would be Takara rusty Prime.
The only one I find to look funny is Evolution though.

I voted for the Autobots United 5-pack version. It has a faceplate and the deco is superb.

A multiple choice option would have been great for this.

My faves(and the ones I own) are standard Takara and AU Platinum. The Evolution one isn't bad either.

If you want Rusty Prime both Hasbro Platinum and Takara have pros and cons but I slightly prefer the Farmegaddeon.
