So, do you think the Arkham Knight thing will catch on to Spoiler Jason Todd lore and be upgraded so in the comics? Also, who else do you think Arkham Knight could've been.
Eh, I always kind of wanted it to be Hush under that mask. Just imagine the big reveal, the mask comes off, and under it is "Bruce Wayne". Plus, it would've been a MUCH better arc for Hush instead of that bloody anticlimactic side mission.
That's who I thought too, plus what other better plan is there, then to destroy the city of the guy who spends his life donating to it. I mean, "People of Gotham City, I'm am the Arkham Knight, but there's another name you might know me by *takes helmet off* Bruce Wayne"
Spoiler tags exist for a reason... and I seriously fraking hope not, as it really doesn't add anything to his story. Preferrably someone new, like Rocksteady originally claimed, but as far as existing ones... pretty much anyone who has a bone to pick with Batman/Bruce Wayne. Hush would have been interesting, but my ideal pick would have been James Gordon Jr..
Just after coming to terms with the man under the Knight's mask, I go read an amazing idea like that The first few seconds playing as 'Bruce' was fun though. Then he had to go and do something anticlimatic.
Isn't Jr. a serial killer ?And Spoiler Barbara's death wouldn't have been a hallucination . I dunno, he seem's like a side-mission character. As for Spoiler Hush , I think that would've been quite the escalation. From 2 bit psycho to powerful militia leader would be a bit of a stretch.
Make Spoiler Hush part of a bigger scheme. It's literally no more of a stretch than Jason Todd becoming a militia leader. Hell, it's not even like Todd's physical abilities factored into the story much at all. The only thign he sorta did was give an explanation for how the militia knew how to fight Batman, which could've been easily ignored. (though we would've lost the great bit of reincorperation with the bat symbol) I dunno, Spoiler maybe it's just because he didn't factor in that much to the actual ending, but Todd felt very... replacable.
Been outta the loop for a bit and I'm still swooping around finishing Riddler challengers (uuuuuugh....)... have they released an ETA for a patch/fix for the PC? While it runs basically flawlessly on my machine (I know tons of people weren't as lucky), I REALLY wanna play the DLC >_<
Well, it could be that for months, someone has been donating Bruce's money, at his own doing, to a charity (later found out not responsible for it and to a charity that doesn't exist) by the hands of Hush using his Bruce persona. Then have Bane tell Batman that there was a rumor of one of the militia generals he's done business with, went missing, then how a new guy swept in, bought all the soldiers and tech over, took them as his own. As for his fighting skills, just have that he surgically modified himself in case he came face to face with Batman.
Who else liked when Riddler was pretty much in the shadows, and you couldn't see him in AA? It felt like he was watching every single move you made, and actually felt like an intellectual rival to Batman. Here, I feel as though RS went a bit overboard with the obnoxious death traps, robots, and the bloody racetracks.
Yeah, I like the mysterious and competent Riddler from Asylum and Origins. RS made him a little more of a grease monkey then a mastermind in Knight.
I find that wile AA and AO have the mystery and puppeteer effect on Riddler, I found he had the best showmanship and style in AC.
Dude also took quite a few years to build himself up. Mercenary work could pay for itself, then he'd start training other guys, rake in dough from more buyers, train more guys, rake in more dough, so on and so forth, until he'd accumulated another rep and cash to move back to Gotham.
