    I like how Hasbro is now putting Blackjack on the other way around as well. The way he actually stays on there. Sort of.

    I love the Drag Strip, he looks cool.

    This is an acceptable repaint, since G2 figures were the G1 molds in new colors anyway, nothing lazy about this, especially since the original G2 Menasor never happened.

    And repaints are nothing new, been repainting molds for 30+ years now and counting.

    I'm not a G2 fan, so this is a pass for me. However, I'm happy for the G2 fans that are loving this and the other G2 repaints we are getting. It's like the 1990's all over again! Colorful repaints of previously released molds, good stuff.

    I love this redeco, instant buy. I know it's beating a dead horse, but I would love for a retailer/club/something to release the actual G2 toys as a boxset. I actually remember preordering them at a local comic shop and finding out they were canceled. Along with the G2 Warpath and Gears (which I never saw images of)

    I don't even like the CW stuff, but there's something oddly appealing about this set.

    Ok I saw G2 Superion and I was not impressed but amazingly enough this G2 Menasor actually looks pretty damn good. If this comes out as a box set then I'm all in.

    I liked G2 a lot when I was younger, but I prefer the G1 deco for Mensaor. If they made a G2 Bruticus, I'd be all over that though. For a while, (pre-ebay), G2 Onslaught was my holy grail.

    repaints are just sort of the history of the brand. Starscream got repainted to give us Thundercracker and Skywarp so repaints have a long history.

    Although I do like it better when repaints are to give us new characters instead of an old character just getting tired of their old paint. Still there is kind of a fun factor there that I find oddly appealing.

    I'm strangely interested in this oddly colored G2 set. I love the color scheme on Drag Strip.

    The question lies is... Where do we get that box set?

    The bright 80's color scheme doesn't bother me that much. Since well... There in cars. Also Drag Strip looks good in Black.

    Does anyone know if Takara ever issue a G2 combiner? I really want this, but would rather wait and see Takara's colors as well before making a final decision.
