    Elements of this image make me think not all of it is in the same time period.

    Kup's design is the same as in his Spotlight issue. Roche did that issue, but Kup has gotten a new body since then, and I don't think Roche would miss that detail. Arcee has tires, but she hasn't used those swords for some time.

    I think most of the character images are supposed to represent past events depicted in the series, while Springer and Verity look more like images for current happenings in the series.

    The bot in the lower-right corner appears to have the transformation scheme of a micromaster. Stakeout, perhaps?

    No idea who the yellow bot with Roadbuster is...
