Little disappointed that we've had 3 PVPs in a row now, hopefully they can continue adding in new bots though.

 

Same way King Grimlock gets his... by throwing insane amounts of money into the Space Bridge  

 

The league I'm part of (The Goon Squad) is looking for an active player to fill out our 10th spot. We're looking for someone who can put in at least 150k points per event. PM me if you're interested in checking us out. Up until the last few PVP events, we consistently placed in the top 200. We also use KakaoTalk for league chat, so plan on adding that for communication.

 

My turn to rant about game disconnects and rage quits...

I don't like to think poorly or curse live players like ACQT, Mr Ferdinand and OrthoDawg but when a disconnect happens after you win a match, you can't help but think its a rage quit  

Also, just experienced a bot battle (where a Long Haul core dropped no less!) where it timed out "waiting for opponent"  

Thanks DeNA! That's about 18 energon cubes (from 6 3-cube battles) and close to 20K Event Points you won't be refunding anytime soon! Your customer care is just like the space bridge... it often leads to nowhere  

 

Decided to be daring and take a chance did a 15 cube battle cuz I was curious... and the MOFO rage quit!!!! like are you serious!!!!!! and worst off he waited till he was down to his last character.. knowing he wasn't gonna win... If I could find the guy.. I'd strangle him.

 

My event drops were utter crap, too.

Then on top of that, my first PvP fight went disastrously bad. My Jam 2 was ineffective against their Target 1, then on their orbital strike/immobilizer. Not a great start.

 

already lost double digit energon this event due to "crashes'

 

I've lost 5 3 cube fights due to the game crashing as it transitions to the fight. I've also noticed that the Devastator game model is not showing up in the combiners menu, and I've had the app crash on that page, too. I'm thinking the game is crashing because it can't load Devastator's model in the bot fights.

 

Would that also explain why I sat at the "Waiting for Opponent" message for five minutes before I force closed the game?

Some serious problems going on if that's the case...

 

Are you on Android or iOS? I'm seeing the crashes on an iPhone.

 

Android (4.4 if we're being specific).

EDIT: No crashes, but Devastator's model doesn't appear for me as well.

 

Getting crashes almost every time I go to fight, energon is wasted, no event pts, and occasionally my team is repairing. Devastator is showing up fine for me, so I don't think the problem is related to that at all. Making it near impossible to get EP, quite frustrating. Worth sending in a ticket? Probably not, I'll most likely just get the typical scripted response.

Also have to travel over the weekend, so I won't have access to any wifi over that period. Figures I get inconvenienced only for events I care about.

Edit: Just went back into the game, Devastator no longer shows up, on the combiner tab or when I click on it to see him. Weird. He showed up earlier.

And hey, at least Devastator isn't a whole new tier! Like some of us were hypothesizing…

 

As if the "you timed out / forfeited" losses were not bad enough, it seems every other of my matches are pvp. So during every second match when it looks good for me I am anxious whether I will lose anyway.

Rage quitting, network stability, error on DeNA side or not, I am still waiting for the day, when I am just about to LOSE and I suddenly "time out". Because that should also happen, by logic, right? Not only when you are about to WIN.

 

So I saw some posts earlier in this thread about magic targeting, and here's my two cents about it: ri. Friggin. Diculous.

Every pvp battle today, except for one, the first round, all enemy attacks magically target my spinister, taking him out. -_- Never anyone else, always spinister. I swear there is something in his code causing this, because it's happened way too many times for me to believe I just had bad luck.

 

Make things worse, just got scrapper in space bridge for 350 gold.

Never showed up in my bots, like I never got him

 

Ha I just realized only 150 people will have a chance at Devastator.

 

That's just the solo reward. There will be at least 2000 people with a chance at devastator as long as they place top 5000 solo.

 

Well, all I can say is that I was super happy with Batman following his event, because he constanly got the two highest rolls. Like always, I loved the unit. One event later... not so much. I could really see the change in his rolls, they went from always super to 50:50 good:bad.

My most hated unit has to be Vortex - he seems to be getting the first two roll scores all the time. I can do three respins when I urgently need a FS boost and he will still end up with FS16 (or 17?). I never respin Vortex, waste of points.
