So I was in a Tower room at BotCon and besides the carpet needing to be changed out. The Hotel room was pretty good. Maybe not up to what I expect for the price, but not bad. Also, the prices at the restaurants in the hotel were reasonable, which is what I can't say for most hotels. I'd say the San Diego location was an overall worse hotel and distance between hotel rooms and con space similar to Pasadena
