    What am I looking at?

    Mechafire's doodle on MS paint?

    That's pretty good.

I can guarantee at least one of these pieces won't peg in properly or will be broken upon receiving it. That's just how Loyal Subjects operates, it seems.

Three waves in and the figures still have quality issues. Stop trying to reinvent the vinyl wheel and just focus on quality... I'll gladly sacrifice the pointless articulation for figures that won't break.

Sorry to be cynical, who/what exactly is the market for these loyal subjects things? I don't really see the point. Seems like a waste of materials.

Fans of Transformers who like this is the market. Opinions and shit. Stuff like that, where not everyone likes the same thing, like that shitty Legends stuff in your Collection count being unappealing to me but I get why other people may like it cuz they like things I may or may not like.

There is a huge market for vinyl figures these days. Absolutely huge.

They were once niche and mostly sold online and at comic book shops, but now you can find vinyl figures in Target, Wal-Mart, Barnes & Noble, Toys R Us, Hot Topic, etc.

The quality on the Transformers figures is substandard, but the fact that Loyal Subjects managed to hit Wave 3 and crank out a ton of exclusives even with substandard quality shows that there is a market. It's obviously not a waste of materials because they appear to be selling, or else the line would have been cancelled like the G.I. Joe one (which only got one wave, if I remember right).

Funko is one of the largest suppliers of vinyl figures and they can't keep up with demand most of the time. They are constantly announcing new series and in my area, the figures sell out almost instantly. I kind of wish they could get the Transformers license.

Have you not grabbed any of wave 3?? Its been super modified they tightened up their ball joints and made them "locking ball joints" and they don't come off and r not interchangeable anymore. The quality is so awesome in these new waves PLUS they have even better accessory's and cool led and sound gimmicks now! In addition if you have any issues you can contact loyal subjects directly and they will fix your problem. Yes wave 2 was a disaster and found broken and parts wouldn't stay on but they definitely ramped up the quality! Check em out!

Actually the new wave had really cool articulation and holds their guns better and inside their hands property now. The joints are disigned completely differently then before and allow for great range of movement plus they don't pop off anymore. You too, check em out !!

I agree with all of the above. I had a ton of issues with wave 2, like most people did who collect them I'm sure, but you can't slag on these guys. If you have any issues at all Eamon is ON IT and gets it taken care of, quickly. I will continue to support these guys because of this, plus i really dig their style. Not a fan of the whole chase figure thing, but i guess it brings some fun to the whole blind box situation.

I have bought Wave 3 -- they have shitty peg in chests now that hamper head articulation and the pegs are extremely prone to breaking. The LED lights in the figures are also questionable quality as well.

The figure my comic shop opened to use as a display had the chest panel snap when they tried to insert it. I haven't had that happen yet but I can easily see why it did. Why they can't just build it into the figure is beyond me, it doesn't add anything.

These things are leagues below Funko or Kid Robot. I'd rather they cut out all the gimmicks and just provide quality vinyl figures. I don't buy vinyl for articulation or gimmicks in the first place, and all they do is raise the price.

The way they handle chase figures (and how they assign chase figures) is really bad as well (and some companies like Funko are moving away from chase figures altogether), but that's a whole different subject. I'm done with them after the latest wave.

Series 2 was awful QC wise, but I had zero issues with series 3. The only thing I don't like about the latest series is making Hound so difficult to find.
