He also uses a few other PayPal accounts that he will claim belong to his brother. One is [email protected], another is [email protected]. Those are the only ones I know of. There's likely more. I'm not sure how banning works on here, but I hope they're able to ban by IP address.
He can still circumvent that to be honest... but yeah, should be banned. It's unfortunate that there's people that do these things. Good thing I didn't pay as a gift... I think I'm just going to rethink ever paying as gift to be honest. Can just aswell add the costs, boils down tot he same thing but atleast you're protected.
After ten days PayPal finally refunded my money since he did not bother responding to the claim, these are the emails I got for Gabirel Cano Email: [email protected] Payment sent to: [email protected] So obviously a scammer and a thief trying to get people's money, so glad I did not pay as a gift like he wanted.
He has been scamming via text messages as well. Another one of his paypal accounts: [email protected] Another one of his paypal accounts: [email protected] His cell number is: 347-641-4981. His real name is: Gabe Cano He lives in Brooklyn, new York His facebook and pictures are still there.
I hope nobody paid him as a gift.... If anyone did, I'd suggest tracking him down and collecting it personally. He should not be allowed to get away with this.

I had the misfortune of paying as a gift (on the 28th, so literally the day before the first posts indicating problems started); tried getting my money back via Paypal but they won't refund me & recommended asking to be refunded by "Thomas," which I told them will likely be impossible since he's stopped bothering to communicate with me via text (I'd actually received a few responses early on after being provided his number). Paypal recommended I go through my bank to try and get the money back that way. In the meantime, looks like I'll be emailing you as well. This is my first time being scammed by a fellow member and it really sucks.
In hindsight... maybe we're "lucky" he scammed us (atleast those of us who got our money back) with that new KO Quakewave being announced and soon ready for pre-order...
