I just got mine in the mail today. Transformed him and lo and behold, he's missing his head. Has this happened to anybody else?
Just email the club... They're good about taking care of stuff like that. My TFSS Scourge only had half a painted face and they sent me another head.
I've emailed them twice in the last two weeks, and no response. Am I getting through to the wrong person? Who should I be contacting? I'm sorry, but being a paying and loyal customer to the tfcc for almost ten years now, I don't really feel like I'm valued by them.
Brian Savage is not assembling the toys himself, mind you. Anything that might go wrong with a factory-assembled Hasbro-released toy might just as well go wrong with a or TakaraTomy-released toy or a FunPub-released toy, as they're all made in the same factories.
I totally understand. I just feel like from a customer service perspective, the lack of response to a customer's quality issue is what I have a problem with. At least answer my emails.
This is my last time bumping this thread and asking this question... Tfcc still isn't answering my emails... Is there another contact besides the one on the club website for complaints like this or am I better off calling them?
They are most likely busy with Btocon prep. Try asking them again a week or two after the con has finished.
That's not a valid reason for not communicating. There is NEVER a reason to not answer an inquiry from a paying customer.
I'm still bitter over my sdcc metroplex missing a wheel, I was told by hasbro that defective things can only be returned and refunded
yeah, but for a such a small run of figures, you'd think the quality control would be a little better. i'd understand something like this getting by on a huge run of mass released figures, but this isn't that.
very true. communication these days is HUGE. most of us understand that mistakes happen, but there's no excuse for the lack of communication. if you want to be in the business of selling to people, you need to be able to communicate to those people.
I'd say call them. Their website is really a piece of crap and you may be emailing an account that isn't active anymore (they might have switched it an updated it in one place but not another). Calling them gets someone on the phone that will answer/fix whatever you have. It also might be worth telling them the email address you used, to give them the benefit of the doubt so they can remove that email from their site, or have someone start checking it or whatever. Of course, they might just be ignoring emails because of botcon and how busy they are, but calling is the easiest solution
