    Holy shit, that was awesome. The CGI of them combining was sweet as shit, I'd totally watch a show that looked just like that.

    Definitely agreed; I kinda wish Hasbro would do something like they did with the HFTD subline for Combiner Wars.

    Sure the voice acting was subpar but if you did a series of shorts along that line with combiner teams it could be pretty amazing to watch.

    It's amazing how that commercial has better animation than anything RID has to offer. Jeebus can we get combiners in a TV show already?!

    They also had the benefit of fairly simplistic rigs - there's no facial animations to speak of and no backgrounds.

    RID's model designs may not be for everyone but the animation is top notch.

    The designs are uninspired and generic and the animation is like -5 frames per second. But hey, that's my opinion and you have yours. Different strokes for different folks ;)

    That... was... AWESOME! So reminiscent of the old toy commercials. Simple, straightforward, and showing off both the toys and some nice animation showcasing how you're supposed to imagine said toys really are lol.

    This makes me want a Combiner Wars cartoon more than ever. I sort of wish the current IDW continuity could get an animated series of some kind, including all their various arcs, CW included. That I would totally watch.

    I don't think it's better done than, say TF: Prime, but for a commercial that's pretty good.

    There is one way to improve it, however:
    Random kid: "That was menacing!"
