Jimminy Christmas! I thought I was on top of the world when I finally got one set... I wouldn't mind having the Diaclone gift set vs my individually boxed set though.

I'm saving that pic for the spank bank lol

yes. i measured that via the picture. it is just a bit taller then half the size of grand. none of transformers' combiners have matched that. but then again, it doesn't have to combine any real transforming figures. it just has to fit them inside the powersuits. so i guess it makes sense.

I don't collect Japanese G1, but I still appreciate the sheer awesomeness of that group shot! Great score man!

Could someone comment on the transformation similarities between Super Gobot Spay-C and Galaxy Shuttle? They look a little similar in lay out, or is it just my imagination?

Yeah, shuttle modes look similar, but Galaxy is much larger actually. Spay-C's robot mode is not bad at all, it's the only decent Gobot I'm aware of.

i think all the gobots are decent. especially when you consider that they're basically the size of matchbox cars. for their size, they're fantastic little toys.

Maybe you're right, but I can't help considering them a poor man's Transformers.

Size wise they're very different. The transformations are similar but opposite...if that makes any sense lol.

On both, the arms fold out of the storage bay. On Galaxy Shuttle the nose cone folds forward to reveal the head, and the thruster portion folds out to become the legs. On Spay C the thrustes fold back to reveal the head, and the nose cone flips up and the legs extend from that.

Very similar but different at the same time. SpayC could pass for a smaller simplified version of Galaxy though IMO.

Just posting here to see if anyone can help, pretty please... :D

I am looking for a vintage Takara 13-Cliff(jumper) (box only or with toy also fine).

    Required condition C8 or above.

Buy: For a C8 condition box, I will pay USD$200 (plus shipping; plus PayPal fees if any).

Trade: any item of equivalent value - I have an extensive collection of G1 MIB + loose, Classics Henkei / U / G, vintage paperworks (instructions, Japanese bio cards, catalogues, mailaway brochures), vintage LaserDiscs, BT / Alt --> browse my blog-site to see

Anyone want to recreate my Classics Autobots collection with their G1 counterparts? Curious to see what my collection would look like had I been around in the 80s :lol

I can't. I would be missing the Arialbots, Grimlock, Swerve, Trailbreaker, and Nightbeat.

    Its a nice line up!
