I really don't see how any other company can top this guy, even with the swapped limbs.

Sorry, haven't been keeping up with this thread or any of these UT figures. The pictures have me really interested though. How are they in size compared with MMC's Feralcons?

I believe through the pics of Bovis and Troll, they are either the same height when in combined mode of feral rex and Ordin.
but in bot mode i would say that the only one bigger than all of them would have to be UT Hun Grr

EDIT: FR is about 31.75cm in height when combined. and Ordin is 37cm when combined. So there you have it that its alot more taller than FR but not has bulky as him.

Is this now the final version? His forearms and his crotch should be also black or dark grey, his torso looks a bit too long compared to his legs. With a dark crotch it would look better in proportion. Otherwise he's looking good.

Its now officially the coloured test shot ( possibly a final test too ) i believe that these will be the ones that will be sent for review now to the youtubers to review and also the blog writers now. Final version are always tweaked a little bit before released date.

Well i had the warbotron Afterburner and i have to say Warbotrons computron will be bigger, cause that arm alone was bigger than that of Alberich and when he was in bot mode afterburners head was way bigger than the rest of the UT team. I would say they might scale well together if Computron was bigger than Abominus but i think maybe another computron that is yet to be made would be suited for this UT Abominus. I sold the Afterburner for the funds to get both Hagen and Siegfried.

My UT Terrorcons are currently placed with my individual MMC Predacons, and they look pretty good together. Sizewise they are the same scale, I would say.
It's a shame that they don't match in gestalt mode.
Currently I have all released 3p combiners, except that poor try on superion that I really dislike. Although I'm a MP collector, I was fine with the smaller size like Maketoys did. UT Predaking, MT Computron, MT Devastator and M3 Menasor are all almost the same height and look nice together, but now it's really bad that all companies are going for different scales. That sucks a little bit. I wish UT would have done them in their previous scale.
So we have now the small sized combiners like Maketoys, a little bigger size like the Feralcons, Abominus beeing a little bigger than the Feralcons, and the largest size, Warbotron and not to forget the Dinobot combiner Shuraking which will probably be bigger than Warbotron!
It really starts looking strange in my collection.
Sorry for beeing a bit off topic at the end.

What I'd like to see when done is a side by side with WB's not-Computron. One of the reasons why I started on this set.

I'm getting Computron as well and now I'm very seriously considering Ordin. It looks like Warbo stuff is a decent bit bigger but they all sit within a pretty reasonable scale and the final Siegfried looks phenomenal.

Im sure there will be someone getting both sets and also that there would be a close side by side images coming up soonish because there are a huge number of people on Weibao posting photos of UT figures with Warbotron Bruticus. So eventually someone will post it up with computron. If i find something on there ill post it here too.

Huh. I just assumed Abominus was in the "warbo" scale. Limb bots are about the same size, no?

From what I saw not-Blot came in a hair shorter than not-Afterburner, so could be close. Combiner feet and torso limbs could make the difference.

If 37cm is accurate that's basically 15", and Warbo's Brut is around 15" at the head?

    Just bumping these pics:

    [IMG] [IMG]

This is perhaps the best looking 3P combiner I've ever seen. Am very tempted but I'm more of a S1/2 kinda guy. Amazing stuff though.

looking at the image. I noticed something odd.... what happened to trolls alt feet when he's in leg mode? they aren't built like fenrirs so did UT just take it off for this combined photo?

Siegfried's paint updates are not exactly what I was hoping for, but I do think they look good on him. The initial images they released of him were actually closer to his G1 colors than the latest images, but it won't stop me from buying him. He may just need a little repainting though.

Damn, that is nice. And all things considered from Troll's release to now it's been a pretty quick ride.

Good job UT, looking forward to getting the rest of the team in hand.
