I'm more curious who's going to be the first one to try just a LITTLE bit too hard to move it and find out for sure for the rest of us lol.

 

Someone has been successful with moving the wrist ratchet. A bunch of pages back, someone posted a picture of Bruti doing a handstand... Gotta find it real quick...

Hmmm, maybe it could be forced or if you filed down the square bit I guess.

 

I'm quite happy with WB-01 overall, but I can think of two upgrades that I'd still be tempted by:

A more cartoon-styled chest plate. I suppose such a thing could even be a small, central piece that Air Burst's wings attach to. Something that fills out the abdominal area might be nice. I know that area can be filled out by adjusting Fierce Attack's shoulders, but I prefer to keep them in the default configuration for stability.

Fully grey/silver feet. Trying to give the stock feet some other functions was a nice thought, but I'd be fine with a plain, straightforward set of grey feet to match the fists. It'd be extra nice if Sly Strike and Heavy Noisy sat down into the feet more, too, so there isn't a thin-looking area where they connect. Granted, this sort of an upgrade would probably make WB-01 a bit shorter, but I'm fine with that.

And yeah, WB's built perfectly to duplicate that.

I ordered 2 of the 5 from bbts and the other 3 + shockwave from tfsource on the 22nd. The stuff from bbts came in today and tfsource hasnt even shipped yet. Anyone else having to wait for tfsource?

The slow processing is tough to deal with. Hard to really get a feel for how big they really are vs how many full time employees they have.

seems to be one of the prototypes/hardcopy verisons sold on ebay a few years back... missed that boat as well  

it had almost no paint apps at all, lighter blue and all black wheels... I think this is one of them?

This has probably been asked a million times already but what are the two yellow translucent parts that come with Fierce Attack for?

 

Oh okay, I see where they are. It's on the inside half of the foot. It's the ratchet piece.

 

if those are the replacement pieces of the ones already installed, most people have broke their initial sets upon ratcheting the foot piece the first time... be careful, 2 sets is all you get.

 

Yeah, I plan on leaving those ankles alone. Translucent plastic is already fragile enough as it is. No need to add to that with constant ratcheting of those ankle tilts.

 

Would you guys be interested in a shapeways replacement for the clear ankle piece in a metal they offer? Not sure what the cost would be through them, but atleast you'll get a reliable ankle tilt that will never break.
