I love Vince DiCola's TF score, but if Anne Bryant wins, could they finally release all 3+ seasons of the complete TransFormers G1 cartoon series background music + intros & outros, digitally restored/re-mastered & in Dolby ProLogic Surround, PLEASE?? That would be awesome!!

My favorite is the Classic Autobot/Optimus Prime Theme with the trumpet fanfare, I always wished that it were updated & somehow incorporated into the live-action movie scores. Prime deserves his famous trumpet fanfare, Da, Daa,Dum, Da-Da-DAAAA! (Er...or something like that.  :D  )

This whole poll makes me sad. Not a damn thing on it I really care about.

But hey, you go, Glen Coco.

    Thats how I felt :(

And...I still have to ask... What did Weord Al DO for Transformers, musically? Dare to be Stupid, yeah, but wasn't that just kinda thrown in?

Its nice to see that they corrected the Predaking pic.

They had TFP Predaking in there for a while.

The TF movie really introduced me to Weird Al, I think I had heard Eat It before (Steve Wright played the video on Top of the Pops as a novelty) but I wasn't really aware of him. Dare to be Stupid worked in that it was the polar opposite of just Dare (which was also an amazing moment in TF history) and also because it fit the madness of the Junkions perfectly. So I think his presence in the poll is legit.

... Still, even tho I love Al, I didn't vote for him. The competition was too strong. :)

Maybe because he's still popular and at the end of the day, the HoF is still nothing more than a popularity contest?

I mean, for pete's sake we got freakin' Erector into the five finalists one year - Erector, a micromaster whose only notoriety is being a crane and thus being associated with dick jokes and literally nothing else - so don't act like this HoF business is as significant as the Grammies or whatever. This is still a franchise based on goddamn toys after all.

Piranacon's been in so little fiction it'd seem odd to include.

Abominus would be a fine choice, but I gotta vote Predaking.

Yeah, Weird Al's Dare to be Stupid was in the first movie, and like it or not it's the music that seems to grab the most attention and gets people to look up at the TV when I have the movie playing in the shop. Also the voice of Animated Wreck Gar and really, the only name on the list most casual fans actually KNOW.

They're way too obscure for the hall of fame right now.

anyways I can't pick for the music Hall of Fame. They're all so good.

Admittedly I really like Wierd Al and I really like Dare to Be Stupid but I have to agree. Al's contribution was rather minimal compared to both the other two and others who were in that catagory prior to now.
