Who is the vendor? No sense in keeping it a secret, if we know who it is people may have ideas on how to get in contact with them.

Honestly, FansProject communication is non-existent from what I've been told, so don't expect to get any results via that route. I would say try to contact them through FansProject Core but FPC doesn't answer emails either.

Long story short, your only chance is through your vendor. Fansprojectcore is NOT Fansproject, and neither of them answer emails.

If you used PayPal, just issue a chargeback? You got sent a defective item.

You climb the highest mountains, then attempt discover the mystic land of Shangri-la, try to decipher the mystery behind their monks' silence, to then plug into the matrix at their secret data port.

(in other words ... Good luck :p )

This is why you only should work with reputable sellers. Even if they are a few dollars more expensive. The piece of mind is more than worth it.

It would be nice if we knew who the vendor was so we could be more careful about who we buy from... Especially if they will just ignore you and blow off customer service like that

A missing arm is a pretty significant piece. Vendor probably doesn't believe you and thinks you damaged the toy when transforming or changing the red body to the blue body.

I saw him post earlier (in a different thread about a different figure) about needing to open up a claim with TF Source, so I'm going to assume it's them. Not sure why he isn't just coming out and saying it, no reason to hide the identity of a store that has shit service.

Well i was caught up in thier Exhaust debacle and all emails went unanswered for almost 2 weeks. I made a paypal claim and BAM within a hour i got a email and a refund. The Volar was a birthday gift for my brother i bought in April but i didnt give it to him until last week so i had no idea about the arm. Again all emails have gone unanswered. Filed a claim with paypal tonite. I want either a exchange or a refund.

Take a picture and write an email. Never gotten a response from the FP site, but you never know.

Realistically, approach them with a friendly attitude, but go in with low expectations. I'm a cynic, so making sure I'm buying from the right vendor is paramount. I like to know the first name of the guys I deal with... Brandon TCP, Joel BBTS, Ed ToyDojo, Boris/Spence A3U... These are the guys that put themselves in your shoes when it comes to business, then have a beer and chop it up with you when the dealer room closes at a con.

That store is on point with customer satisfaction. Compiles lists with names and collects the pictures we email him to share when on conf calls with 3Ps That is a ridiculous amount of data to keep in order. And they do all of it at low prices, and a kick ass loyalty rewards program.

Wow... I've turned into a commercial...
